YES, you nailed it, Tati! Finally someone said it!!! Linda should have been by Jaclyn's side and not sit back quietly while watching Jaclyn dodge the bullets herself. It should have been Linda to come out and accept accountability for it and let everyone know this wasn't Jaclyn's fault, but it was the other way around...Jaclyn has been defending Morphe this entire time. It is not her business and she shouldn't apologize for their mistakes. I feel Morphe will be the demise of Jaclyn's brand if she doesn't put her foot down and make Morphe take accountability for their issues during production, that is on them. She won't throw them under the bus because of her love for Linda, but they are letting her take full blame for it and she is suffering repercussions from it. People say Morphe doesn't give public statements, that is BS and the cowardly way out, in my opinion. Thank you for saying it!!!

Recently AFTER this video was made he started lying and stuff no one knew that at the time just read the comments from when the video was made and now and you can see the diffrence. Its a shame but anyone who gets mad at this video needs to open there eyes to the date it was posted.

I am newer to Thomas and he is super entertaining. Cracks me up. I wish he did light coverage makeup for my benefit as we are the same skin tone and that is my preference, but I settle for the giggles. The true bummer is how he poo’s on Jeffrey. Not that it’s excessive. He just kind of writes him off. But I just love Jeffrey and I like to imagine them collating in my own perfect little world!

I stumbled upon YT makeup tutorials a few years ago, and the first person I ever watched was Michelle Phan; through her channel, I found YOU!! I’ve been a committed fan since then 💙. I trust your word and appreciate all of the hard work you put into each video; you’re an inspiration in every way.
Dr Delicious my problem with her PR request is she does PR unboxings and it’s clear she doesn’t open them when it comes and more often than not she’s purchased a product after it’s come out when she was sent the PR and never checked. So really, is she getting the 3-4 week jump before a release if she doesn’t bother opening the PR and doing the video?
That is soooo right Thomas! 👏🏻 Normal, everyday people do not receive PR. We have to get up daily, and go to work so that we may purchase something that we are really interested in. That’s why I personally really value Tati’s opinion of a product. I value her honesty.
Wow Tati. It was so graceful the way you backed up Jaclyn Hill on the vault palletes. I didn’t think about it until you mentioned it but Morphe should have backed up Jaclyn more so she didn’t get all the hate. At the end of the day what you said is true, it’s not her company. On what Thomas said, Jaclyn did get samples and she did swatch them both times and they seemed to perform great. I still want a review from you Tati of the vault

Tati is the only "beauty guru" that I watch because she is so honest about everything. I WILL NOT get a product if Tati hates it because she doesn't lie about any product. I think it's so stupid that brands are too afraid to send her PR just because she is going to review their product honestly. I think it'd be better to get the criticism and improve the product rather than BS people into buying it and getting horrible reviews until they have to just stop selling it. Well,, just because something doesn’t work for her doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. I agree she is honest, and it’s good to get a second opinion, but more likely than not there are differences between you and her. Skin type, skin color, and even preference.
You know ..one same product can work differently on everyone. It's one thing to get her take on things but the best thing anyone can do is try things for themselves.

As far as I can remember, Tati isn't on the PR list for Morphe. I remember Tati didn't receive the original Jaclyn Hill palette as well but then she was invited by Jaclyn to go to the launch party and that's when Jaclyn got to know Tati didn't get PR for the palette and personally gave Tati one on the event. The PR is handled by Morphe and not Jaclyn.

I have to say I agree that Jaclyn shouldn't have been alone in the apology video because it's not her company and she really had no say in how they produced the project however I purchased the "fixed" vault set the day off launch from morphe website and all of mine are amazing. It's definitely inconsistency in the manufacturing sadly and that sucks because they are so beautiful when right
