I started to think of this video I saw recently which showed about 8 or 9 people waiting for a bus. One of them started laughing. Hard. And long. Everyone else slowly joined in. There was no particular thing any of them were laughing at, just joining in the joy.
This channel has been one of the only practices that has really been sticking with me, the beautiful artwork, the calming voice, i really felt plugged into the world love and the exchange felt so potent it brought teats to my eyes. We are more connected to eachother, probably more than we will ever know. Thank you to all who shared their love and light with me xxx
