- This truly is trading speed for torque. It Is as slow as molasses but man will it climb and without straining the motor. This was a Good drivetrain upgrade. I do miss the speed a bit but the trade off is worth it. Now I can confidently access the north face knowing I’ll be able to pull my equipment out of there too.
Nice upgrade 👍
Looks plenty strong now
I so happy with how it turned out.
You need a jake break sounds when you are going down hill or slowing down lol
That would be awesome! I need a higher end sound system to get that. But that would be great. 😁
my bud your really make great adventure vid like realistic that Awesome well done👍🤗
Thank you. Your positive feedback keeps me going!
@@digitrc yeah i well😄
Now you can install a Servonaut S10 ESC then it moves perfect, with no rolling downhill. I waiting for my 45T Ruddog motor then i will do the same. Have too deconstruct the hole model to paint it in CAT colors.
That will be really cool all painted up like that.
This really does need to have forward/brake/reverse setup on the esc. Currently it’s just forward/reverse. I’ll probably change that at some point.
@@digitrc Yes , the original esc´s is everytime shit in such models. Maybe the QuicRun 1080 ESC works too. But dont know the quality. At Servonaut i know it.
Just floating ideas
I love it. keep them coming. I love when this community shares ideas. It’s how we grow.

What motor/pinion did you put in?
Stock pinion used on the reduction unit The gear reduction unit came with a pinion for the motor.
The motor I used was an hackmoto v2 45t 540size.
