17:28 I don't think they are adding weight. These look like two wind gods each blowing wind in opposite directions to the two coins. Those opposite forces on the coins need to be balanced as a result. Thanks for the video. 😊
The back art is so similar to the Fairytale Lenormand also from US Game Systems. Even the artwork share the rustic, vintage vibe that this tarot deck has. Very pretty indeed.

The back of the cards is really ugly...The author was also very lazy when he designed the Hermit, Hanging and Temperance cards. The empress's card was also very unfortunate... the girl looks more like an innocent princess. I also considered the yellow stain on the moon card to be very inappropriate. Therefore, a deck that could be fantastic, but lacks some details.
