Hey girl! TYSM for watching and for all your virtual HH’s with me!! ☺️☺️☺️ So, if you’re watching your weight, you don’t need cauliflower crust. You need to eat a calorie deficit and enough protein. You can eat this pizza and stay in a calorie deficit for the day, easily! First step is knowing how much energy you burn in a day, so you can set a deficit goal for yourself, then get curious about what’s in your food, prioritize protein and fiber, and live your body the way you love! If you love cauliflower crust then absolutely include it in your diet, I’ve just never met a cauliflower crust pizza I’d ever crave. This cookbook is all about food you’ll crave, classically indulgent foods, but made more balanced with more protein, more fiber, etc. it’s how I eat when I want to maintain weight, lose weight, or gain muscle!
If you’d like to check it out, I have a program called CakeToo (caketoofitness.com) that has a macro calculator and some nutrition resources to help you stay on track (it also includes my workouts, which I do every day live on our Facebook group 😊). However there are other programs that also have macro calculators if you’d prefer another! Tracker watches are also super helpful for figuring out your daily energy needs on different days.
