  • Hey bestie, this 5-minute guided meditation is perfect for those sudden kicks of anxiety. Originally, I made this track for me and those blasted mood swings but after realizing how much it calmed me down, I decided to share it.
    Allow the chimes of the bowls and gentle vocals to help slow your heart rate and bring that blood pressure down. There've been Harvard studies on the benefits of meditation on physical health; so if you're feeling overwhelmed, take 5 minutes to chill out with me.
