i probably sound like an ass, but in a bass cover i can barely hear the base, its mostly power cords on a drop d tuned guitar , i don't think distortion does that much
You need better speakers then. Whatever you use has no bass.
You need better hardware then, I'm listening through shitty earphones and can still hear it all no problem.
That's definitely a problem on your end. I've listened to these videos on headphones, portable speaker, and through my shitty phone speakers, and the bass is clearly audible on all of them.
