I have been using only vivos and vibrams for a year and will never go back, i no longer have knee or hip problems but this come at the cost of my feet. (although i have had feet injuries even when i was using asics alot) the first month i had definitly over done it and lucky i didnt get any major injury but after that everything improved in my feet amd calves. that being said i am 35 and only 75kg so not as much strain on my feet as alot of other people and i run alot in mountains and soft rugged terrain as apposed to treadmills and pathment and i rarely run over 10km. I havent once strained my calves or twisted my ankles as i did constantly in everyother running shoe brand. I am aware there is a cult around this stuff and vivos sales team should get an award, We are all built different and you shouldnt just go all in if you have been in normal shoes ypur whole life, but for me its been an overall positive experience.
Always wanted some, Chris Duffin is always wearing them, problem is, they are $78 or £60ish, but in England, once you get them to your door they are £112 for the ones your talking about, still cheaper than the vivo that I wear every day but actually nearly double the price I was expecting
@TheBarefootStrengthProject V-run retro for running with a little more cushion and some kind of nicer looking casual shoe. Needing extra wide so eyeing offerings from softstar, groundies+, ahinsa, and belenka/barebarics. Bank account will only allow trying things one at a time 😅.
Hi, love your work. Perhaps a stupid question. It is good to put your feed on the grass for grounding for a human. Electric house devices are grounded too. Earth is negative and air/we are positif charched, the more by electosmog. Wich bare footsoles are the best for this connection to earth?
i wish i could wear barefoot shoes. I don't want to risk wearing them since i had to overcome plantar facitis knock knees weak legs no arches and achillies tendonitis I think some of these same things will come back before my feet get strong enough. what i did was calf raises leg raises and side leg raises and found shoes with more support incase people are wondering why im closer to where i was before all the issues. Right now for me personally i have been researching shoes thinking of getting topos or merrels that have bit more support and wide toe box.
A middle ground might not be a bad idea while you get over the old injuries but ultimately you can achieve the same thing with something like this as long as you’re sensible with the transition. Too fast almost always results in injury. I’ve got a transition guide on the website in case you want to know more 🙌🏽
Good review. I've been wearing their boots (Bruins) and they're very high quality.
Those boots are incredible! I’ve got my eye on a pair.

Really?! That’s a fair old jump… but you’re right, Chris is an absolute beast 🙌🏽
“Realfoot”said their barefoot shoes have widest toe box in the world
Can you please review their shoes?
Widest toe box really attractive to me
That shirt is awesome, where do i get one!?!?
BGS coffee shop on Bali, bit of a way to go but worth it 😉
These have been on my radar for a while, but I have a few other shoes I want to get first.
What’ve you got lined up?

Do you have a recommendation for walking/running?

Do you take a multivitamin? It helped my husband with those issues. I walk outside barefoot a lot and that has helped my pain.
thoughts on RealFoot, if you've tried 'em?
I haven’t but from a quick google search they seem a fair bit more expensive! How do you think they’d stack up to the Ursus?
