I've been having the same problem throwing picks, you gotta go into practice mode and just run random office vs random defence to learn how to read pass coverages, otherwise you'll keep throwing multiple picks a game
I know that in Madden if you fall back instead of hanging in the pocket the offensive line automatically stops working. Maybe try not falling back this hard and see if the OL can give you a few more seconds
i feel you on the FG kicking, you have to move the arrow way the fuck over since the hashes are so far apart. Wish they had a practice mode inside dynasty to practice more specialty plays like read options, field goals etc.

might as well offer all 35 scholarships when you can early, you can gain influence each week by itself, as a 1 star coach myself transferred JMU to the SEC (huge mistake hahaha), i needed just cold bodies, and if i wanted, i could take players off my board to get my scholarships back.. 4 years in, i am now a 3 star program with 85 overall team. There are other tips and tricks ive found or researched, but this is a good starting point... Also, i failed my win goal my first year, failed it my second year, and was fired. so you have at least 1 year where you can fail a win challenge before you hit the hot seat. its not an automatic fire it seems.
