I love clam chowder and that one looked like it had a lot of clams. I agree with you about Maine. It looks so beautiful and there must be a ton of great seafood restaurants there. Your videos are always so much fun to watch and I love the soothing music playing in the background.
Hi Tina! Me too! It did have a lot of clams for me, although mom wanted more, I was satisfied. It was so delicious, I really enjoyed it! Oh, Maine is on my list of places to visit. Just sitting and visiting some seaport village watching the lighthouse and waves enjoying a bowl of clam chowder sounds amazing. I know having it fresh is just delightful. Had their lobster bisque today . As a lifelong New Englander I figured I should try it. Spent at least an hour in the bathroom after, another 20 minutes when I got home. Absolutely disgusting. I knew better, what was I thinking. Lobster bisque in a can. Only have it if you’re home and up for an enema cleansing. Would never even consider the clam chowder.
LOL, so we're not the only ones who had this bad experience with the lobster bisque! Well, let me agree with you on this, I had the Lobster bisque the day before yesterday and we were not fans at all. Pretty much the same experience. However, the clam chowder was way better than the lobster bisque, but this is coming from a Californian who has never had NEw England clam chowder. The lobster bisque was a watery mess. You being a New Englander I know you have tested the best, you should never go to a can with all the access to fresh bisque and chowder you have. Here in California I only wish I could have it fresh. But all in all, for can, the clam chowder was pretty tasty and much better than the lobster bisque. Sorry for the both of us as we had similar experiences. Thank you for your opinion.
