Great Video sis. So relatable ❤️
Thank you for sharing your story Nerissa! I haven't been diagnosed with ADHD, though I suspect that I may be somewhat on the spectrum for it due to some of my behaviors - watching this made me feel like you were recording my life - (along with longterm anxiety and depression). I'm really inspired by your journey!
Thank you for this video! 🙏🏼
I went into therapy after my divorce, thinking that I was just incompetent after being compared to other people my whole life & failing miserably at being „normal“… until my therapist suggested an ADHD test within the first two weeks.
So half a year later, there I was at age 47 with the words: „Congratulations, you have ADHD!“
I‘m turning 49 this year and I‘m still learning & adjusting. But the most painful thing that tortures my Ferrari-brain: all of the „what if‘s“ 😢 how would my life had been different if I had known this much sooner? And received treatment/help much sooner in life?
I could’ve spent all those years focusing more on my strength, instead of feeling incomplete all the time. And would my marriage have been different? 🤔
Thank you for spreading awareness for adult ADHD! It doesn't just go away! You've motivated me to make my own video at some point!
Edit: Just watched that intro and I legit had my mouth agape because of the similarities. . . Its so therapeutic to connect with others with ADHD.
We love and miss you pretty girl. Take care of yourself🙏🏻😇❤️
thank you for being transparent and sharing your story!
Loved how personal this one was. Proud of you ❤️
