Join us on a journey to Dehu as the Kanya sisters immerse us in the bhava and bhakti of Jagadguru Tukaram Maharaj.
S. Shiv Kanya and S. Shri Kanya commonly referred to as Kanya Sisters, completed their under graduation in Computer Science and later opted for post graduation and M.Phil in Sanskrit. Their first brush with lecturing started at the S.S.Shasun Jain College, Chennai an assistant professor for Sanskrit.
Kanya Sisters were fortunate to have been born and brought up in the divine company of their spiritual master His Holiness Maharanyam Sri Sri
Muralidhara Swamiji. Inspired by Sri Swamiji’s message of universal peace
and brotherhood through chanting of the divine names of God-The Hare
Rama Mahamantram, which is also the simplest and the most appropriate way of attaining liberation in this age, they chose to submit their lives towards the purpose of spreading their Master's message. Inspired by Sri Swamiji, they have also studied puranas and itihasas at the Veda Vyasa Purana Patasala at Bangalore.
Kanya Sisters are key public speakers for Global Organisation for Divinity India trust (GOD), which aims to promote divinity and to establish world peace and harmony for betterment of human society without any social, cultural or geographical boundaries with the core message of Nama kirtan inspired by Sri Swamiji's message.
