Literally the reason why you don't tell people you are fasting: my sister asked me to taste something. I said no. She says "are you fasting?" I say yes. Her: You going a little hard. You already exercise and you're skinny. Then she asks if I'm anorexic. I been skinny my whole life and she has never said anything like that to me. This fast is for my family. We are full of single people with no spouses or children on my mom's side. But I hear the sound of an abundance of rain. Our enemy is defeated in Jesus name
I feel you sis coming from another skinny girl. I have been fasting more frequently and had to lay down the concern for the flesh and how people would think I will look. I prefer to gain spiritually and lose physically.
Glory to God I believe it will be broken up off of your family! My mom asked was I fasting and I didn’t feel led to say I was, so I said no I’m just not hungry which I wasn’t! Then I went to God and repented and quoted the scripture that we aren’t to share we are fasting 😩 that in His mercy He will forgive me for lying. I felt so heavy in my spirit that had I shared with her the devil and the attacks would have been coming even MORE!
That is my EXACT testimony! I was pregnant with twins, the twins came early. The next month one of the twins died. The month after my baby’s funeral I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. As I was going through chemotherapy and crying out to God from my heart/soul, and asking Him “What is this, God?” He told me in no uncertain terms that the cancer in my physical body was symbolic of the cancer of unforgiveness in my heart/soul. I had been seemingly justified in my unforgiveness for many many years. Other “Christians” even co-signed my unforgiveness for all those years. As I was struggling through forgiving the person, the LORD showed/told me that my forgiveness of this person was tied to my marital success. If I didn’t learn how to forgive my father, I would be out of order in my marriage, too. FORGIVE! I am now completely cancer free, in Jesus Name!!!!
05/08/24 ..DAY 4.. I completed the 3 day fast last week..(1st FAST IVE EVER COMPLETED) and now participating in the BRIDE FAST. I haven’t smiled 😃 in over a year. But since I started, I haven’t stopped smiling. Been over a year since I had to move and never met another sister in Christ…until YESTERDAY. Jesus is moving..and I’m SOOOO EXCITED!!!! ❤💜🙏🤍 GLORRRRRRY BE TO GOD!!!

Just got the revelation around the 29:00 mark that when calling out the memory recall in the body, we also need to cast out any rehearsing spirit that is tormenting our mind with memories of the betrayal and hurt, and silence all demonic rehearsing voices with the blood of Jesus Christ

Day 2 of the fast and I got baptized again and received the Holy Spirit the same day. It took 5hrs but I was determined to receive the Holy Spirit and he did it 🙌🏾❤️😭😭
During Covid my prayer life increased. I worked in a hospital as a tech overnight. I prayed for me and my coworkers and the patients all the time ! I kept scriptures with me at my job as well. I remember placing my hand on my head and body while praying as well before I began my shifts. I was not fearful and when I felt” it” rail up I took it to God. I had no idea the significance of what I was showing God til later. I just remember loving on God more as I could feel His love and protection over me as I walked the halls of the hospital. I did not contract Covid at all. I was also Pregnant during that time, from July 2020 til March 2021! Our God is so faithful! Thank you Holy Spirit!!!
Meee Tooo! This morning I wrote a very lonnnng journal letter to Father God, pouring out me heart to him as instructed in 1Peter 5:7. Along with our prayer points of this fast, I also talked to him about the person he brought back into my life recently so I can FULLY FORGIVE them and I can get FULLY HEALED. I thought I was healed because I've been saved 36 years only to learn there was pain and hurt that I didn't know existed. It has been a TRIP! The emotions of anger and crying and cussing people out (and I don't mean church cussing), has unfolded amazing revelations about myself. I am so AMAZED of the GREATNESS OF OUR GOD, YAH. I am trusting God for my sisters to come out of witchcraft and yoga and break the curse of marital delay in their lives. I remember I ran into someone who hurt me at a street festival and I thought I fully forgave them…baby, I threw up all the expensive food I just bought because sis was LODGED in my GI tract! Anyway, I followed these steps to forgive and I randomly saw her three weeks ago and FELT NOTHING! Said hi and everything. No, we are not friends again, but because I forgave I could see her and still say Hi without losing my lunch😊
Wow, just last year I went to visit my family and my mom kept passing up opportunities to spend time with me, though we had planned to do things together, she would bail. And then we were all supposed to do dinner (planned ahead of time), and then at the last minute, she said she didn't wanna come. so in the car on the way there, it was just me, my bf, and my dad and I was crying (cuz this time I decided I wasn't going to hide my pain) then when we got to the restaurant, it's all of our favorite food, (ethiopian) I ate a little then got diarrhea while we were there, and I was crying alot in the bathroom While they ate. I said I think the food was bad, and my dad said no, u were just sad, it bothers your stomach.... anyway, this just opened my eyes that my mom always did this kinda stuff to me, and just like my mind and heart remembers it, so does my belly remember it.
Hey, did you say I forgive them (persons name) over and over for 1 full day then the next day say I forgive them by faith all day and then the 3rd day did you do the out of my mind, thoughts, heart all day like continous or what was your routine. The last time I did this fast I started having some very vivid dreams regarding my marriage & my husband. I wasn't obedient in my actions because I was still dealing with a spirit of unforgiveness & offense. After the fast I didn't dream any more after that. But I was still dealing with a level of anger I've never experienced in my entire life. After restarting the fast this month, I had a dream last night and it was very vivid & disturbing. The enemy knows the power of prayer and fasting. I can only pray for wisdom because I know redemption is real & God's grace and mercy is his gift to me. I'm publicly declaring today that I am no longer angry, I release him into the freedom of my forgiveness & for God's will to be done in our lives.
I've been there, and that is aay outside my character to be that angry. I knew I needed to fast and did. I needed that anger to go. It was a spirit. Please, during this fast, make the decision to forgive. Release that and drive out that angry spirit.
This is Day 4 and I know that God is about to turn everything around because I have been praying all night and the power all over my neighborhood has gone out! It’s 23 degrees outside, no heat! The devil can fight but he cannot win! God will have the final say! 🎉

This has been very powerful for me. I was in unforgiveness and offense at work!!! I forgive every past current and future co worker... I ask for mercy for short staffed healthcare workers! Help me Lord to be able to focus and serve in my job with a sound peaceful mind, regardless of others and the work environment and provide for my family. My income has been affected by my fear of going to work cause I was mad and offended at how I would get treated. Lord, you know the environments Ive encountered. I forgive!! Day 4, on this date 5/8/24, I needed to hear about unforgiveness, bitterness, and hard feelings. Today I pray to release all those who have done me wrong. All bitterness gone! All hard feelings gone! All unforgiveness is gone! I pray for a renewed spirit, a clean, sound mind. I cancel all feelings that held be in bondage BUT THE POWER OF GOD WILL AXE ALL THOSE FEELINGS! Devil is a liar !!! Thank you! My friend gave me a beautiful picture imported from Gaunna. I had a dream the night before that there were things coming out the walls. I looked at the picture the next day and the lady had on waist beads and a pot over her head. I was led to go back in a chapter in Rev Solomon’s book about his father having him Cary that bowl over his head with the blood of animals. I threw the picture out this morning. Thank you! ❤❤

My Testimony @tiphanimontgomery I did the day 3 prayer, and after I finished a few minutes after suddenly my eyes opened and I can see clearly. Gif has healed me from light sensitivity, I can see clearly now hallelujah!!!!!! Praise the Lord, all the evil covenants have been broken, this fast is powerful and I’m going to finish strong, join me to praise the Lord!!!!!!!! He is good and kind, His mercies endures forever, I can see.

I needed this so much!! I prayed yesterday about forgiveness and felt like I released my ex. As soon as I started driving home from Pilates, I thought I saw him and his car and my heart started racing. Lord I release him into the freedom of my forgiveness. I had a dream yesterday towards the end of my fast where I was at a friend's house, and white feathers started falling into the kitchen of where we are. I even checked in one of my pockets and found some feathers. My friend and i got excited, and when i tried to take pictures, the Lord woke me up from my nap. 😊❤ . I remember Tiphanie's friend Lenika Scott talking about seeing feathers and has even written a book about it. One thing i noticed that Ive done differently was adding worship to my prayer and bible reading this am. This fast works! GOD wants to bless , deliver and sanctify us❤❤. When I was a little girl, my grandfather would always come and get me to spend the night at his apartment with him. And every time I woke up there would be white feathers falling from the ceiling! What exactly did she say about it, I never told anyone about. Although I thought it was weird I just thought I was tripping! What was the name of her video?
@demetriaclay414 Her name is Lenika Scott, and she wrote a book called Angelic Allies. The feathers are supposed to signify that angels are with us, watching over us, and assisting us to carry out God's given assignment 🙏🏽
I would pray about it. A voodoo priestess once told me that I would see a feather letting me know that a spirit had visited me (I didn’t ask for her insight. She hopped in my Dm) Pray that prayer in the emails and ask the Holy Spirit to guide you.

Here for the 2nd time around. God has really been revealing to Me the people around me and he turned the mirror 🪞 around on myself. My dreams have been restored and I’m thankful
2nd time doing this fast, today listened with my son in the car and get to his practice and he had to practice forgiveness and it took over 20 mins to calm him down! Thank you for this today! Thankful that i thought to play it in the car. Praying for the spirit to be lifted from my family and for the Holy Spirit to reveal who i need to forgive
So I have completed this day of the fast. I get home from work and get settled to write in my notebook that I have written all is my homework in and lo and behold it’s nowhere to be found. Mind you I live alone right now and I live a very simple life and I’m a creature of routine most times. My notebook and planner was in my car the entire day while I was working. I normally keep it with me in case Holy Spirit speaks Anna I need to write something down or just to go over some things I’ve already written. These two items are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Right before i started my work badge disappeared the same way. The kingdom of darkness is mad as HELL at me as usual I see. Lord now show me how to proceed from here. I guess I’ll start back over with another notebook 😅

God dealt with me several years ago due to unforgiveness and God gave me revelation Matt.18:21-22 says forgive 70 times 7 and God told me as often as I want Him to forgive me which is unlimited so we need to forgive unlimited bc we want God’s forgiveness.

Reminds me of the testimony of the pastor that was married to a 60 year old witch and how they took down a group of people that were praying up to 90 days for a revival and how the man used one of the women’s Unforgiveness towards the mother to used the door to get in and take down the revival . We have to be wise oo
He has book also. What was interesting is in the story about the fast people is how their 90 day fast was going to put an embargo on the enemy for almost 100 years or something.

I appreciate you sharing your testimony. I feel like you have helped me know that I can walk in God’s authority. That I can declare things based on scripture . I think I was walking very timidly because I wasn’t sure how much God loves me. I lost my husband to Covid on 1/18/2021, and that grief that was so heavy on me, has literally been replaced with the joy of the Lord. I cried out to God to heal me from that grief. I didn’t want to live that way for ever. And God healed me and gave me his everlasting joy! I pray the same for my children and my in laws, because especially my in laws, I see them in a victim mindset , wanting to hold on to the pain because it proves how much they loved my husband. But it is causing havoc , anxiety , and stagnation in their lives. I pray the enemy no longer has a foothold on their future and that they are able to trust God with their future .

My period started early , for the first time ever ! I was just on Nov 12th and got off around Nov.15th -16th and soon as I started this fast my period started early and that has never happened! And usually, I’m so low on energy when it’s that time of the month , and in pain . Where I sleep all day . But I’m fighting against it !

There is so much I want to say about this fast. My God, the things that were dormant, for years, decades, are coming up, and coming up fast! Thank you Tiphani. The Fight To Forgive is POWERFUL. I am learning so much, by first forgiving myself, and repenting quickly. What a difference a day makes in this fast! Yesterday Day 3, Break Covenant With The Spirit of Abortion was like HELL for me. I was being attacked so fast, I panicked. Not responding with the tools to Fight, I emailed you, Tiphani, (stilling waiting for a response🙏🏽) but… oh thanks be to a new day! I also want to thank you for putting us, (me) on to these powerful books to read. I want to thank UA-cam for having the transcript of the video. Such a lifesaver for me. I purchased two of journals. Yet I am writing each day on copy paper. It’s easier for me, and the pages hold more words on them, allowing me to use the transcript to take excellent notes, write out prayers and scriptures. 0:00 Learning I can eat like some fruit at 5:30 before my fast, is gonna help me more.Each day learning something new, reading my bible more, with clearer understanding, is powerful for me as well. I have sickle cell and every year the past 3 years I went in the hospital same time Christmas week and misssed Christmas my dad was in the hospital and I stated your monthly fast last year September and I did not get sick during Christmas thank you God!!!
What’s crazy is while praying today I was asking God about why I feel like my prayers aren’t hitting like usual and it dropped in my spirit via a scripture on my tv to pray the forgiveness prayer. The Spirit is truly one!!!

Thé Covid part! ‼️💯💯. In 2020 I had just broke up with my narcissistic ex gf, & covid struck in March. I decided to walk by Faith instead of fear; & I wasn’t wearing a mask at all! I was around ppl who had covid & didn’t even get a symptom or a cold! & I got 2 jobs at the time when unfortunately many businesses were closing. & I got my first apartment! All this after leaving Jezebel. 2020 was a huge blessing for me, & i know it’s because I had a pure heart all those years a i tolerated that wicked girls mistreatment. It was my fault for not leaving earlier but you live & learn, plus; God let me see how he handled her (I felt so bad) cause HE LET HER SEE HOW HE BLESSED ME TOO thru her flying monkeys. Literally the reason why you don't tell people you are fasting: my sister asked me to taste something. I said no. She says "are you fasting?" I say yes. Her: You going a little hard. You already exercise and you're skinny. Then she asks if I'm anorexic. I been skinny my whole life and she has never said anything like that to me. This fast is for my family. We are full of single people with no spouses or children on my mom's side. But I hear the sound of an abundance of rain. Our enemy is defeated in Jesus name

My mom asked was I fasting and I didn’t feel led to say I was, so I said no I’m just not hungry which I wasn’t! Then I went to God and repented and quoted the scripture that we aren’t to share we are fasting 😩 that in His mercy He will forgive me for lying. I felt so heavy in my spirit that had I shared with her the devil and the attacks would have been coming even MORE!

That is my EXACT testimony! I was pregnant with twins, the twins came early. The next month one of the twins died. The month after my baby’s funeral I was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer. As I was going through chemotherapy and crying out to God from my heart/soul, and asking Him “What is this, God?” He told me in no uncertain terms that the cancer in my physical body was symbolic of the cancer of unforgiveness in my heart/soul. I had been seemingly justified in my unforgiveness for many many years. Other “Christians” even co-signed my unforgiveness for all those years. As I was struggling through forgiving the person, the LORD showed/told me that my forgiveness of this person was tied to my marital success. If I didn’t learn how to forgive my father, I would be out of order in my marriage, too. FORGIVE! I am now completely cancer free, in Jesus Name!!!!

Day 2 of the fast and I got baptized again and received the Holy Spirit the same day. It took 5hrs but I was determined to receive the Holy Spirit and he did it 🙌🏾❤️😭😭
During Covid my prayer life increased. I worked in a hospital as a tech overnight. I prayed for me and my coworkers and the patients all the time ! I kept scriptures with me at my job as well. I remember placing my hand on my head and body while praying as well before I began my shifts. I was not fearful and when I felt” it” rail up I took it to God. I had no idea the significance of what I was showing God til later. I just remember loving on God more as I could feel His love and protection over me as I walked the halls of the hospital. I did not contract Covid at all. I was also Pregnant during that time, from July 2020 til March 2021! Our God is so faithful! Thank you Holy Spirit!!!

Meee Tooo! This morning I wrote a very lonnnng journal letter to Father God, pouring out me heart to him as instructed in 1Peter 5:7. Along with our prayer points of this fast, I also talked to him about the person he brought back into my life recently so I can FULLY FORGIVE them and I can get FULLY HEALED. I thought I was healed because I've been saved 36 years only to learn there was pain and hurt that I didn't know existed. It has been a TRIP! The emotions of anger and crying and cussing people out (and I don't mean church cussing), has unfolded amazing revelations about myself. I am so AMAZED of the GREATNESS OF OUR GOD, YAH. No one can top his goodness. I am experiencing a daddy-daughter relationship like I never could have experienced. Thank you @TiphaniMontgomery for your obedience to you purpose and calling.

I remember I ran into someone who hurt me at a street festival and I thought I fully forgave them…baby, I threw up all the expensive food I just bought because sis was LODGED in my GI tract! Anyway, I followed these steps to forgive and I randomly saw her three weeks ago and FELT NOTHING! Said hi and everything. No, we are not friends again, but because I forgave I could see her and still say Hi without losing my lunch😊

Wow, just last year I went to visit my family and my mom kept passing up opportunities to spend time with me, though we had planned to do things together, she would bail. And then we were all supposed to do dinner (planned ahead of time), and then at the last minute, she said she didn't wanna come. so in the car on the way there, it was just me, my bf, and my dad and I was crying (cuz this time I decided I wasn't going to hide my pain) then when we got to the restaurant, it's all of our favorite food, (ethiopian) I ate a little then got diarrhea while we were there, and I was crying alot in the bathroom While they ate. I said I think the food was bad, and my dad said no, u were just sad, it bothers your stomach.... anyway, this just opened my eyes that my mom always did this kinda stuff to me, and just like my mind and heart remembers it, so does my belly remember it.

The last time I did this fast I started having some very vivid dreams regarding my marriage & my husband. I wasn't obedient in my actions because I was still dealing with a spirit of unforgiveness & offense. After the fast I didn't dream any more after that. But I was still dealing with a level of anger I've never experienced in my entire life. After restarting the fast this month, I had a dream last night and it was very vivid & disturbing. The enemy knows the power of prayer and fasting. I can only pray for wisdom because I know redemption is real & God's grace and mercy is his gift to me. I'm publicly declaring today that I am no longer angry, I release him into the freedom of my forgiveness & for God's will to be done in our lives.
I've been there, and that is aay outside my character to be that angry. I knew I needed to fast and did. I needed that anger to go. It was a spirit. Please, during this fast, make the decision to forgive. Release that and drive out that angry spirit.
This is Day 4 and I know that God is about to turn everything around because I have been praying all night and the power all over my neighborhood has gone out! It’s 23 degrees outside, no heat! The devil can fight but he cannot win! God will have the final say! 🎉

This has been very powerful for me. I was in unforgiveness and offense at work!!! I forgive every past current and future co worker... I ask for mercy for short staffed healthcare workers! Help me Lord to be able to focus and serve in my job with a sound peaceful mind, regardless of others and the work environment and provide for my family. My income has been affected by my fear of going to work cause I was mad and offended at how I would get treated. Lord, you know the environments Ive encountered. I forgive!! Thank you! My friend gave me a beautiful picture imported from Gaunna. I had a dream the night before that there were things coming out the walls. I looked at the picture the next day and the lady had on waist beads and a pot over her head. I was led to go back in a chapter in Rev Solomon’s book about his father having him Cary that bowl over his head with the blood of animals. I threw the picture out this morning. Thank you! ❤❤

My Testimony @tiphanimontgomery I did the day 3 prayer, and after I finished a few minutes after suddenly my eyes opened and I can see clearly. Gif has healed me from light sensitivity, I can see clearly now hallelujah!!!!!! Praise the Lord, all the evil covenants have been broken, this fast is powerful and I’m going to finish strong, join me to praise the Lord!!!!!!!! He is good and kind, His mercies endures forever, I can see.

I had a dream yesterday towards the end of my fast where I was at a friend's house, and white feathers started falling into the kitchen of where we are. I even checked in one of my pockets and found some feathers. My friend and i got excited, and when i tried to take pictures, the Lord woke me up from my nap. 😊❤ . I remember Tiphanie's friend Lenika Scott talking about seeing feathers and has even written a book about it.
One thing i noticed that Ive done differently was adding worship to my prayer and bible reading this am.

When I was a little girl, my grandfather would always come and get me to spend the night at his apartment with him. And every time I woke up there would be white feathers falling from the ceiling! What exactly did she say about it, I never told anyone about. Although I thought it was weird I just thought I was tripping! What was the name of her video?

So I have completed this day of the fast. I get home from work and get settled to write in my notebook that I have written all is my homework in and lo and behold it’s nowhere to be found. Mind you I live alone right now and I live a very simple life and I’m a creature of routine most times. My notebook and planner was in my car the entire day while I was working. I normally keep it with me in case Holy Spirit speaks Anna I need to write something down or just to go over some things I’ve already written. These two items are NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! Right before i started my work badge disappeared the same way. The kingdom of darkness is mad as HELL at me as usual I see. Lord now show me how to proceed from here. I guess I’ll start back over with another notebook 😅

God dealt with me several years ago due to unforgiveness and God gave me revelation Matt.18:21-22 says forgive 70 times 7 and God told me as often as I want Him to forgive me which is unlimited so we need to forgive unlimited bc we want God’s forgiveness.

Reminds me of the testimony of the pastor that was married to a 60 year old witch and how they took down a group of people that were praying up to 90 days for a revival and how the man used one of the women’s Unforgiveness towards the mother to used the door to get in and take down the revival . We have to be wise oo

I appreciate you sharing your testimony. I feel like you have helped me know that I can walk in God’s authority. That I can declare things based on scripture . I think I was walking very timidly because I wasn’t sure how much God loves me. I lost my husband to Covid on 1/18/2021, and that grief that was so heavy on me, has literally been replaced with the joy of the Lord. I cried out to God to heal me from that grief. I didn’t want to live that way for ever. And God healed me and gave me his everlasting joy! I pray the same for my children and my in laws, because especially my in laws, I see them in a victim mindset , wanting to hold on to the pain because it proves how much they loved my husband. But it is causing havoc , anxiety , and stagnation in their lives. I pray the enemy no longer has a foothold on their future and that they are able to trust God with their future .
We thank you Jesus, I release everyone who has offended me and unforgivneness in me knowingly or unknowingly into the freedom of forgiveness.AMEN ,In JESUS’ NAME .AMEN

My first day of the fast everything went wrong at work, but I kept my calm, thank God!
I want to thank you for this Fast because I am in the process of still trying to forgive my child grandparents for trying to take my child away. I have moved to a different state and they still are trying to take him away .
Forgiveness is very important, unforgiveness causes delay and all other evil patterns. It just opened ones doors to a lot of negativity.

My period started early , for the first time ever ! I was just on Nov 12th and got off around Nov.15th -16th and soon as I started this fast my period started early and that has never happened! And usually, I’m so low on energy when it’s that time of the month , and in pain . Where I sleep all day . But I’m fighting against it !
Same happen to me today. I slept after all these curse breaking prayers and my dreams so vivid and weird like never before.

Day4 7/4/2024 My mind is trying to tell me that I can't complete this 25 day fast but I rebuke these thoughts. I will complete the 25 days and come into abundance in all ways of my life in the name of Jesus Christ!

The Fight To Forgive is POWERFUL. I am learning so much, by first forgiving myself, and repenting quickly.
What a difference a day makes in this fast! Yesterday Day 3, Break Covenant With The Spirit of Abortion was like HELL for me. I was being attacked so fast, I panicked. Not responding with the tools to Fight, I emailed you, Tiphani, (stilling waiting for a response🙏🏽) but… oh thanks be to a new day!

What’s crazy is while praying today I was asking God about why I feel like my prayers aren’t hitting like usual and it dropped in my spirit via a scripture on my tv to pray the forgiveness prayer. The Spirit is truly one!!!

Thé Covid part! ‼️💯💯. In 2020 I had just broke up with my narcissistic ex gf, & covid struck in March. I decided to walk by Faith instead of fear; & I wasn’t wearing a mask at all! I was around ppl who had covid & didn’t even get a symptom or a cold! & I got 2 jobs at the time when unfortunately many businesses were closing. & I got my first apartment! All this after leaving Jezebel. 2020 was a huge blessing for me, & i know it’s because I had a pure heart all those years a i tolerated that wicked girls mistreatment. It was my fault for not leaving earlier but you live & learn, plus; God let me see how he handled her (I felt so bad) cause HE LET HER SEE HOW HE BLESSED ME TOO thru her flying monkeys. He humbled her & exalted me, I thank the Lord for the lessons of 2020🫶🏽
