My Fordson major has 40 PSI when Cold, and only 25 PSI when its 160F hot. It’s normal that pressure drops, because the oil is thinner when hot. Make sure your pickup screen in the sump is clean, a clogged screen can reduce oil pressure. Some Fordson Major has a cover below the drain pan with 4 bolts you can remove and clean the pick-up screens. Other Fordson don’t have the cover and you have to remove the entire oil pan to clean that screen.

Hey does your tractor keep that oil pressure cold as well hot oil as I'm restoring on but my oil pressure drops from 40 to 15

I was once told 10 psi for every 1000 RPM.
