I love how fender does their experimental and cool work on their affordable guitars. People like me can afford to try out these new guitars and gear. Love it
@@fenderWish the rascal wasn't so long...or heavy...went with the new bronco instead...at least I have a fun modding project on my hands, thanks for listening and giving it a standard 4 saddle bridge
These are some of the most exciting things Squier or Fender have done for a long time. I would happily rock any of these models! The last time Squier did an electric 12 string was over 20 years ago so this is fantastic! My favorite has to be the Esquire Deluxe though!
3:19 I know I’m supposed to be focused on the guitar (as beautiful as it is) but CAN WE TALK ABOUT THAT CHORD PROGRESSION?? Good GOD, for a demo, that was sounding sweet 🤘🏽🤘🏽
holy crap! I didnt expect to see THE Brian Robert Jones! to be demoing for Squier/Fender for these cool new stuff! This is beyond awesome! Been a fan since I discovered him sessioning for Vampire Weekend and Paramore.
Fender please read this: I not a strat person unfortunately. I have owned 3. But absolutely love my duo sonic. These new squires are absolutely amazing i think i have eyeballed a few for prehaps future purchases. I really really really with that you had a selection of pickup's. I really want the strat o sonic but the p90s which seem to be on almost every one of these Frankensteins. Your killing me.
@@randomguyontheinternet7940 unfortunately for around 1 out of every 10 guitar players is left handed. With the larger companies charging what they do for an instrument, it's just not feasible to make that many leftys. Nine times outta ten its black or sunburst finish and that's it. Reason being it's kinda in the safe zone for color. Not everyone wants red or blue or seafoam and if you have way less people looking...it makes sense it just sucks. I will say if you know how to setup guitars harley benton has some cool stuff for leftys.
@@doknox Would be neat if there was a way to request a lefty for a product. Like you submit a form on the website and they do a call for X numbers of lefties for X amount that was requested. Maybe ti could be a per-month basis. Theres maybe some manufacturing problems getting in the way of that though.
Brian Robert Jones the goat! Bro kills it in Paramore. Saw him play a few weeks ago. Love seeing something on guitar youtube that isn't boring blues scales. He's killing it on the bass.
I think that Strat-o-sonic might just be a classic. The Nashville Tele would be a great Surf Guitar with a Bigsby tailpiece. That Esquire would be an awesome lead instrument and the 12 String makes a Stairway to Heaven.
I honestly feel that they should make some cool unique models with more advanced guitars like MIM or American aswell as the squire models they already have. But these are some great sounding guitars.
I love Fender Guitars! I have Fender Mustang American Performer and it's Great! Thanks to it, I can't leave the guitar! The only thing I regret is that there is no Cobain's In Utero Mustang in production... Greetings from Polish! 🇵🇱🎸💣
These are gorgeous instruments. That Nashville Strat is pretty neat. The bypass on the Esquire sounded great, really noticed that sparkly top end being accentuated. Neat feature. But the most impressive is that Rascal bass. I'm almost certainly going to add that to the collection! At least for a bit, assuming I dont fall in love with it, which I suspect I will. Looks like a good short scale player for gigging and even recording. Those 'buckers sound fat.
Gorgeous looking guitars with mods people do to get more sounds out of their guitars, in an affordable price? This is the pinnacle of Fender evolution!
Fender: Always throwing stuff at the wall to see what sticks! STRATOSNIC? Whatever it is, it looks and sounds great w/them P90s! I will definitely sneak one into the house while she is out somewhere with friends etc. Any other strategies appreciated! (Already used "but it matches your beautiful eyes honey" on the last one.)
Exciting guitars.. wish I could say the same about the demo. This guy makes these guitars look miniature and plays like rob chapman and looks like Rabeah
Definitely getting a Nashville custom strat in Aztec gold. Such a cool look to me! Would actually be my second squier which is kind of surprising me because they weren’t always top picks to me.
I love weird frankenstein guitars. The tele deluxe, which is my favorite fender design, was already a mutant guitar so the esquire deluxe is like a further mutation.
I would have preferred if Fender had taken the money spent on the push/pull knobs and put it towards actual P90 pickups. The basic Epiphone Les Paul Special is the model influencing the Stratosonic's look but it is less than half the price. Epiphone also has a model in the same price range as the Stratosonic. The difference being the Epiphones have actual P90s.
I remember the Rascal Bass from Musikmesse 2013 (or 2012?!). I loved the way it looked back then. But unfortunately, it was a Custom Shop Bass and far out of my budget. Would love to see and play the Squire version soon! Looks amazing!
that Esquire sounded good ... I just love a Stratocaster neck more than a telecaster though... and I love my American Strat. every guitar is a little different no matter what . you have to play em if they are set up right . Fender and squire .
i wonder that single pickup tele deluxe , whats under the neck pickguard ? is a neck pickup cavity there or not ? maybe i can drop a P90 for neck pickup for fun in the future. and if the neck in tin lacquer finish even cooler , just like classic vide 70s tele deluxe .
Why on earth did you finally make a strat version of the nashville telecaster...and then not make it a comfy strat? We already have non-comfortable telecasters. The one thing we've asked for...a strat with a hard-tail telecaster bridge pickup, and you found a way to not make it happen.
I love how fender does their experimental and cool work on their affordable guitars. People like me can afford to try out these new guitars and gear. Love it
Cheap labour

@@Icebergslim91I think the fact they are made quicker and with less "hands on" time on details contributes heavily to the lower price.
@@Icebergslim91
THIS is what I like to see from squier! Not just lower priced versions of their instruments, but doing their own thing and innovating! Great job!
The stratosonic is like a les paul double cut with single coils p90s. I love it. Looks cool sounds good too.

Love all of these, but the 12 string really caught my attention!!!
I pre ordered one, it’s awesome… I love it
@@jw_au Sweet! Good luck with it!!!
The 12 string really sounds beautiful! And that strat-o-sonic looks like it's the SG special but by fender
fun fact; the bridge on the strat-o-sonic is actually an epiphone branded bridge
Please keep going with this series.
I love that 12-string Jazzmaster.
If I had room for more guitars would be tempted to get three of those. Good job guys.
I love it when he says "endless possibilities" and then shows you all three of them 😂

The Esquire Deluxe is definitely on my wish list!!!! And the Jazzmaster XII is a very nice instrument!!
Squier Meteora when? ;)
brian is such a great player, loved it!!!
Let's gooo! Another new model! Love the Rascal Bass!
My brain doesn’t know how to process the Nashville Tele. It’s a brilliant design.

These are all great instruments, it’s just a shame fender doesn’t do more left handed models
Nobody really does except harley benton. I started just making my own.
That sucks, I feel like that should be standard for guitars. Especially for an extremely popular manufacturer thats been around for over 70 years.

fender, can you please, one day soon bring back the Perfomer
Cool. Now do a JagStang Bass
And make some more 5 string basses, preferably 35” scale.
This dude sure knows how to play. Sold me pretty much on everything.

Very cool, the bass is awesome
Bought one of the 12 strings for my rhythm guitarist
It sounds fantastic!
Love that 12 string - hope Fender keeps them in more regular rotation - and the rascal bass sounds and looks killer!

They all rattle like SQUIER guitars. They have a distinct growl to them. Rad !!
that stratosonic looks so cool

Squier have some nice stuff. My wife has a made in Japan Squier, and it’s as good as any Mexican or (now) even American Fender.

We having a Telestrater now
squier just wont stop dropping heat
love the strat and tele just wish they made them for left
Yo Fender, how about a double bound Tele for the Mexican line up?
THANK YOU BRIAN
The stratosonic looks and sounds very nice
Bring back the 30” Jazzmasters you dogs
Very nice to see all the cool wiring on more affordable guitars. Same with PRS SE
Rotary switch on the Esquire deluxe is such a great idea. No more accidental toggles.

OMG 12STRING GUITARS RETURN!!!
Welp now I have G.A.S. I want that P90 Strat. That switching system is quirky and I like that.

I really digging that red stratosonic if I get it putting some Seymour Duncan antiquity p 90s 😍

that Esquire sounded good ... I just love a Stratocaster neck more than a telecaster though... and I love my American Strat. every guitar is a little different no matter what . you have to play em if they are set up right . Fender and squire .
Available in left handed? Oh well, never mind 🙄
I'd rewire that tele to give me series, parallel and single coil. With a stacked 500k/250k volume pot.
IDK why they look weird in my eyes, maybe I'm just old-school......but those are great instruments
They should do this for actual Fenders though.

Why does the bass have a Yamaha headstock?
Still have my Squier Stagemaster 7 and I love it to death. When will Squier/Fender make more extended range guitars? 😩
I dig em all
Very spooky indeed
Make a slanted humbucker strat
These are all great, how do you even decide?
I want something like a cyclone.
