God, you really have to tug at feelings relating to every bit of Sam lore, huh? This one really hurt, and you showed the complexities of Sam Nook really well. He was made to protect Tommy, a wish after his own creator, who he resembles, and though time goes on and Tommy comes less and less, Sam Nook never stops loving him, even as he becomes aware of his own fate. When Jack takes over the hotel, Sam Nook still stands guard, yet keeps in mind of how Tommy was afraid of him at points. Little visits from Tommy made his day, and he just cared for him so much. He was programmed with the purpose to protect Tommy, and his love went beyond that code, allowing him to be sentient. This just covers how Sam Nook sees the relationship so well, with all his feelings, good and slightly negative, being shown. A lovely video to go with a lovely song. I'm going to cry now!

I’m actually sobbing bro- Sam is my favorite character, whether is be Sam nook or actual Sam tears are coming down- I felt so sad when Ranboo had to pretend that Tommy was fine and that he was coming back soon. And the song is really sad too, because Sam’s only sense of self-worth was being able to protect and help Tommy, since that’s what he was made to do, but after Tommy disappeared he had no one to look after, and no one who really understood him like Tommy did. Bruh I’m straight crying this was absolutely gold.

Some of those frames were actually really funny to see though, the one where Ranboo, Tommy, and tubbo. You cant even see all of Ranboo, it’s just _body_ not even a heard lmao.

This so encompasses Sam Nook. He was designed to help Tommy and give him purpose and protect him, not just by physically protecting him but by giving him jobs and things to do and keeping him occupied. A person like Tommy needs to be occupied and his ideas to keep himself busy often end poorly if just his own. Sam made Sam Nook to take care of Tommy and despite that, Tommy couldn't be distracted from Dream and still went in and still died. And the hotel will likely stand as a sign of Tommy trying to move on and his failure to do so without dying. Post death, he is less material, and it doesn't seem as though he is in a stage where Sam Nook or anyone could help him much.
yeah, it's sad.
I'm sure awesamdude has something planned for him.

This hurts so much. WHY DO YOU DO THIS WITH ALMOST ALL OF SAM’S LORE!? IT HURTS BUT ITS SO COOL AND NICE TO LISTEN TOO! The way he just waits for Tommy, unknowing he was dead- and ends up just rusting.
“Do you still need me?” That part is the area that hurt a lot- Just knowing how he protected Tommy from others. And he may not know properly if Tommy needs him even though he does. In Tommy’s lore and stuff- he’s a child, well- he has those childish antics and it just hurts.
