Notes for myself: 12:20 Mahler III 14:17 LGDuchesse? 20:10 small charming dance (prima insiste su CM= V poi conclude inaspettatamente su AbM = I, V09M, I, etc)
I like these small details when something happens with such a great conductor or orchestra:) it makes me realise, that even these "best guys" are humans only. Btw I like Karl Böhm and I love the Wiener Philharmoniker sound. I am so lucky I saw them live for the three times. The best live concerts I have ever seen and listened to.
@@dzinypinydoroviny well, it is hard to say, I think it was just a mistake, because I have never heard it played with b natural. Fortunately, this nice mistake fits into the music very well..
Je me dis soudain que le premier mouvement pourrait être pris comme un commenntaire de l ouverture des maîtres chanteurs de Nuremberg , et curieusement , pas sa prémonition .
@@classicore22 Did you read Beethoven own account of this symphony ? He said : Oh you mean this 'symphony' by myself ? Ok if the audience like it very much then so be it ! I am just as happy.
@@hom2fu Looks to me Beethoven wanted to take some relaxation by writing this very light hearted symphony before more serious works to follow such as his Missa Solemnis and the Choral Symphony which is the very first symphony with choral singing follow by Felix Mendelssohn's second symphony which is more like a cantata or oratorio.
All Beethoven's Symphonies are masterpieces
7th and 8th Symphonies: two extraterrestrial beauties. 😍😍😍
Two FFF-featuring symphonies.
@@loveclassicalmusicalot well said!
ベートーヴェンが自身のシンフォニーの中で8番を最も愛していたというエピソードに納得しました。
旋律が格別に美しいです。
師匠ハイドンの作風を色濃く引き継いでいるようにも聴こえました。

What do you mean mahler 3? 2 theme 1 mov?
@@ddf72778 no it's something in mov III after the horn, I will find out...
THANK YOU
It's a pretty short symphony.
time 4:41 - flute plays tone b natural instead of b flat..interesting..:)

Do you think it was deliberate?

modernism
I love the fact that it's the full score, unfortunately the sound quality is that of a 90's cell phone. Awesome symphony though and Beethoven rules!!

Has the audio been normalized? Where are the dynamics?
This is the one symphony Beethoven dislike the most but absolutely loved by many of his audiences !
It was the other way round
compare to the 6 and 7, this have choppy sound. like Beethoven want to teasing his audience

Didn’t Beethoven react to the popularity of the 7th over the 8th saying “that’s because he 8th is so much better”?

How did make masterpiece deaf

Interprétation très plate , je trouve.
