THE GOD3EFFECT MOTIVATION kind of like Les Brown said “ I speak to change lives, because somebody spoke and change mine.” And for me that is exactly what motivates me everyday. Someone may be going through what I went through and maybe just maybe if someone can hear my story and see me talk or listen to my podcast that it could help them change their life too. So every time I’m about to give up or quit I remember this isn’t just for me. I remember there’s a lot riding on this moment and I gotta be the best every time no matter what cause if I’m not 100% effort and passionate it may not work the same way and help the way I intend.

If you find yourself not motivated to get started. Emotionally connect with your goals. If you visualize the feeling of reaching your goal and see it before you, it WILL motivate you to push further and make it MUCH easier to do so. Get real specific, the joy inside of you when it happens, the people congratulating you, the things you can give back to your family. Be imaginative! That's how I stay motivated to reach my goals. I've just started my UA-cam Channel and even though I go practically unseen I know WHY I'm putting in all the work. Cause my goal is a part of me, it drives me.
There is nothing impossible to him who will try. For this very reason on my youtube channel when i begun. It was not easy but i kept on trying. There is nothing impossible in whatever you do. Dont quit try and try until you attain success

It's weird. I started watching these videos about 6 months ago, i was already mentally motivated, but not putting in the work as much as I could. I'm up at 5, leave my house at 6 for work, I get home around 5 pm, worked out about 3-4 times a week, but I knew I could have done more, I wasn't seeing changes. Then I came across these kind of videos and it changed me, to potentially over working. Working out every day, following a programme I have made, following a "diet" I have made. And now I watch these videos of successful people talking about how they got to where they wanted to get to, and I wanted to have that same - strong mindset like them. I used to think, "man, I can be like that right?"... but never really being like that. Then I just subconsciously stopped watching these videos for a month or so, and now when I watch these videos again, all I see is people with the same mindset as me. I have almost become the person I want to be, it's just about continuously putting in the work, to get to where i need to be.
