@@RenegadeFury I only played with the Altera board for fun. Normally I'm a power electronics engineer, and the nature of my works only needs very small logic resources, so now I use SiLego chips for simple tasks and Gowin/Lattice chips for more complicated ones. A and X chips are just too large and more often than not I don't need them.

I need help. When I try to oped the SoC EDS Command Shell, it opens for a spit second then closes right away. I can't get it to stay open.

If you computer doesn't read SD card, then it has nothing to do with the DE10. Either your SD card is bad, or you card reader is bad.

I didn't write a writeup. But you can refer to Terasic's document. I followed Quick Start Guide and other YT videos.
