Great Video my Kane is now 14 years old and the service is now £300 Inc just for calibration so definitely time to buy a new one, At 65yrs old I don't need a 10 year warranty 😃
Hi Waseem, just to say, great video and you've certainly done some research to put this together, but just wanted to correct you on a couple of things regarding the TPI DC710 and DC711. The DC710 actually has a 12 Year Warranty and you mention that it does pressure but doesn't have a timer. The DC710 doesn't have pressure, but you can either buy the DC710C2 Kit or the TPI SP620 (manometer) separately, and that will allow you to do pressure. In the View app, you can connect the SP620 while the DC710 is on the screen, so you can see the Flue Gas Readings and the Pressure readings from the DC710 and SP620 at the same time. In fact you can connect 2 of the SP620s to the app at the same time as the DC710 and that allows you to see and record the pressure at the appliance as well as the pressure at the meter and create a pdf report. Also with the SP620 manometer, you can time the Tightness Test in the app, and this will also create the same report as the flue gas reports. The View app also has some Job Management so you can put all the reports created with DC710, DC711 and Smart probes into one place as well as creating a Landlord/Homeowners Certificate form the readings taken for that property. The DC711 has a 6 Year Warranty, not 5 as you stated and both Models have a "skip" option which cuts the Purge Time down to a couple seconds so you don't even need to wait the full 30 seconds. Sorry for such a long comment but hopefully this helps both you and your viewers. If you need anymore information or clarification please do not hesitate to contact us, or Nigel, as you have his details already. We're always happy to help!! Keep up the good work.
I've been using Telegan fga's since 2000, currently have Evo 3. If I were choosing my first fga, I'd go for the TPI. If money was no object, the Testo. Had a Tpi digital thermometer for over 22years, still accurate. Have only had good experiences with Anton and gas detection is great. I'd advise anyone to spend plenty of time doing comparisons and consider your personal needs. Thanks for a great presentation.
The Anton sprint pro 5 and 6 are £213 including vat for year 1, 2, 3 and 4. Year 5 is £278 (ex vat) or £333 including vat for year 5. Crazy when you think of it.
Cracking report Waseem. FGA's are a head spinner.
Cheers 👍🏽 after all the research I thought I'd share it to help everyone else

Wow 😮
Surprised the CO ppm max was not mentioned. Maybe thats just a commercial gas engineers concern. Thanks for the details on the models.
Yep your right as we only work on domestic boilers it did not concern us
@@PlumbingDoctors say no more bro. Find most reviews overlook this.
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
Any thoughts on the EiUk fga? Heard good things about it.
