I, personally, believe that Tigerheart is what Tigerclaw could have been. Ambitious but only has good intentions for his Clan
They better not do that because I swear I dumped every single warriors books because I had it with them recycling their freaking characters

4rcane bringing some light onto TigerHeart once again, I’m not gonna lie the title scared me since I am a huge fan of TigerHeart and haven’t read A Starless Clan but I’m relieved that the title wasn’t the case. Really interesting video in general though with comparing the two, I think the fandom needed something like this.

poor you, Tigerheartstar ends up taking over Riverclan because they don’t have a leader and he thinks he can completely override that role- the clan without wanting him to. I honestly think he’s going to turn into the first.
I do not think he was right to take over RiverClan and nothing can change my mind on that, They did not want him there, and he would not listen until he was pressured by other clans, BUT at the same time, i don't think he was doing it out of evilness
I think Tigerheart has one thing that Tigerclaw didn't have, empathy. That's what makes Tigerheart different, Tigerheart is a genuinely good cat that just does bad things in good faith. Imo he is a bad leader, but mostly because he does a lot of things without thinking of the overall consequences. But he's not nearly as horrible as his grandfather.
Also technically Tigerheart could be considered half clan himself. Tawnypelt was born in Thunderclan to Thunderclan parents (since Golden and Tigerstar both are born Thunderclan cats). So if Tigerheart's kits are considered half clan bc Dovewing is originally from Thunderclan, technically Tigerheart would also be considered half clan. Right? Please let that make sense.
Tigerheart certainly had no empathy for SkyClan or the Sisters or RiverClan

7:44 he also took in Jayfeather when he was an apprentice seeing his anger for being forced to be something he didn’t want to but spottedleaf intervened and and showed the then Jaypaw the trouble Tigerstar intended.
Honestly I see him a bit more like Firestar. The clans talk about Thunderclan getting involved with people’s business but so does he. Despite this, he’s still his own character and has his own issues. I love his jokes and how messy he can be in the books. Him along with Harestar just being anxious makes me love the newer leaders.
As Tigerheart's biggest fan on this planet, I have no idea how I haven't seen this video before
I agree with most of what you've said, though I don't agree with a few things, like Tigerheartstar taking over RiverClan for revenge. He himself says Rowankit's death had absolutely nothing to do with it, in the book, and saying he did do it out of revenge is like implying he lied to his whole Clan while keeping a straight face, lol... Minor nitpick, but it bothers me how easily it was accepted as... Canon?
But overall, I agree with the message. Tigerheart is not turning into Tigerclaw and people saying he is, is just kind of dumb. There's nothing about his behavior that would imply he means anything bad, even if what he's doing is not always the smartest thing, especially considering how shocked and upset he is when compared to his grandfather.
And I'll say what I once said here. I think Tigerheartstar doing many of the same things as Tigerclaw but doing those things with the best intentions is really poetic, some people would say Tigerheart's writing is bad, but it's the opposite, it's really good for warrior cats standards, Tigerheart actually feels like a person (cat?) not just words on a page, and it fascinates me
Tigerheartstar is the better Tigerstar, he's what Tawnypelt wanted, for Tigerheart to be remembered as The Tigerstar, and not her father.
Early Tigerheart was absolutely awful to Dovewing. I'm just happy they had him improve in the future books.

12:24 to be fair. Tigerheart retracts this as soon as he becomes leader and starts stealing SkyClan food and destroys their dens. That's pretty messed up
14:16 also, correct me if I'm wrong, but RiverClan did not "refuse" to lend him herbs. They believed they didn't have any catmint and they only found out later that they had a small shriveled piece.
I want to say yes, but i know that is just my heavy dislike for tigerheartstar, he really isn't as bad as Tigerclaw, he seems like he can actually learn from his actions.

As far as we can tell, Tigerclaw loved his mother. Tigerheart loves his mother a lot, and she was his first deputy.
Morally gray characters are always welcome imo. More interesting that way!

I resently rewached Lion king and, well, ITS WORRIOR CATS !!! If you tinck aboute it Lion king has the same sort of plot! There is Skare who is Tigerstar, Simba who is Firestar and Nala is Sandstorme - and lots of charecters that will give you Worrior cats vibe. Also thay have STAR CLANE!!! Simba actualy sed that " those ae the ANSESTER kings." So.... yah.... if you are a worrior cats fan, rewach Lion king. 🙀
