No matter how much you train you can't out train a bad diet. I have watched every week since week 1 and you started off so well and lost a lot of weight very quickly but you have lost very little weight in months and nothing is going to change until you fix what you eat no matter how much you train! I wish you nothing but the best but you are wasting your time in the gym until you fix your eating.

He’s not training, he’s working out. Using words like training, and all these buzz phrases are keeping him over confident. He needs to face the facts and deal with his dietary issues and food addictions, probably due to the fact that he is very insulin resistant. A lot of mugging facial expressions, but not a lot of progress. He’s a lovely lad. He just needs to do the hard work of facing himself.
@@heyyou9839Nicely and respectfully said. The footage of the gym has lost it’s appeal due to lack of progress. I’ve been down that road once before and basically had to cut out all carbs but cut through weight the whole way. The lighter I got the more intense my training was able to be.
To be clear, working out is never a waste of time. Will it lead to weight loss if your diet is still not good enough? No. But even if you never lose weight, continuing to move is still great for your physical and mental health. And even when it comes to weight, it can often at least help maintain your current weight rather than just immediately putting it all back on as soon as your diet falls off. But overall, I think it's dangerous to suggest that working out doesn't have very real benefits regardless of weight.

He went on an extreme type of diet at the start. Those are never to last long term but at least it got him losing a lot of weight very quickly and as long as he keeps working out everyday and loses weight slowly he can’t go wrong with that. Hopefully he isn’t eat a whole bunch of terrible food or something like that.

I always love seeing you push yourself. Just make sure that you are pushing yourself in the right areas. If you want to lose weight, cardio and dieting are your main priorities. Gaining muscle can be good too, but it can’t be a complete replacement for a good walk. Also remember that your mental health is a huge component in success. If you need to do things differently for mental health purposes that is completely fine. That could even mean taking a break from the uploads if necessary. I can ramble on and on about what works best in my experience, but at the end of the day you know what’s best for you. If I have helped that’s great, but if I haven’t that’s okay too. Just keep up the work and I know someday you will achieve your goals. Good luck Uce. Now I’m going to return to being a silent viewer like I have been since week 4.

If his goal is weight loss there should be 90% carbs, low protein and fat. Protein and fat causes growth, carbs just fuel and create energy.

Remember, even if your weight is not going down, something is improving, be that strength or cardio. You have already lost an entire “me” worth of weight, if you replace the fat with muscle it will not be visible but it will make it faster to burn more calories.

How much did you weigh when you started and what's your current weight? It's well over a year...you had to have lost crazy weight.
Nice job uce couple things tho focus on cardio as well as weights not running but walking, walking burns more calories per hour with more steps and is easy on the joints.
Also the other factor is focus on the good diet.

@@NS_ftp Your probably right. And he might be cheating on his diet. My concern is his training hasn't intensified ie. his still on the stepper for half an hour at level 3. Diets don't work but habits do. All he needs is to be at a deficit. Train harder than last time, eat in moderation and that should negate any of the KFC he puts in his body! My past comments from the beginning have been to increase training through his weight loss journey, but it seems it's always the same intensity. Never encouraging him to settle, ALWAYS better your best.
Weight loss isn’t done overnight. We never saw it in day 1 and that’s cos it’s a process. On top of his weight loss , he is also gaining muscle, another reason it won’t be obvious results right now and let’s be real dude is still a big boy so it’s gonna take more time compared to others. But stay on that grind Uce. I do agree tho, weigh in always but don’t always go by what’s on the scale. Water intake and muscle growth will always make numbers fluctuate.

I’ve read and heard that strenght training is the best way to lose weight.But of course you need to do cardio too.How does your weekly training programme look like?And working with lighter weights gives resultat too but you need to do more reps than with heavy.

Disappointing to see brother, you made such big leaps with your training at the start and I get that you are probably at a level where you are experiencing a lot of the positives that come with weight loss so the motivation to lose more has probably lost its appeal.
You are still doing untold damage to your body at your weight. Get a personal chef, get a dietician. You are making more than enough money with youtube and tiktok to pay for this.
