- Crazy evening at Nørrebro Theater in Copenhagen. I met with former Minister Manu Sareen and tried to have a cosy talk while eating chili peppers. It went wrong and also right!?

Chili Klaus is like Santa Claus without the boisterous 'ho-ho-ho'ing and more caring/kindness and curiosity. I get the strangest feeling that this man just shows up on random doorsteps with carolina reapers, and this makes me picture the world as a better place.

Chili Klaus always has the same reaction to the hotter peppers. He starts tidying the table and brushing off crumbs that probably aren’t even there, lol. Then the hiccups come and if the pepper was extremely hot, he tugs at his ears and starts snapping his fingers. He’s hilarious to watch. I love this guy!!!! Come to Canada Chili, please, and get Justin Trudeau to eat q couple of the hottest peppers. I’d like to see if we can break his cool demeanour. Haha

But that Manu Sareen drinks all that water only makes it even stronger because chili counteracts. The chemical compound responsible for the burning sensation you can get when eating spicy foods is called capsaicin. It binds to pain receptors in your mouth. Water on the other hand? Be a polar substance and it will just spread the capsaicin around your mouth making the heat even worse. But omg it is fun to see them 😂

So i was gonna buy some chips, then i see chili fucking clause face on a chip bag and that mady my whole day. i do wonder how big the difference is between the wind speed 8 chips and a wind speed 8 pepper. I suspect the pepper is way more extreme and i really wanna try it.
