Looks like a great design. I wonder how it would work out for 300 Blackout? I like the idea of first and last baffle at 50 degrees. It might peel off a good chunk to start and leaves the extra space in the end for keeping things quiet. I wonder if this design would be best for subsonics or is there a better design for a subsonic blackout build you think? thanks

something like pcv2 can worked really well on 300. the latest rankings video will have this can and many many more ranked by which ones performed best on 300. u can use that to kinda get an idea of what 300 likes.

.450 is the best skirt length and the distal distance will be slightly larger. It will also give you a larger blast chamber. If you vent the cups only vent the first 4 baffle.

Im a have to disagree in that you cant apply that to everything , spacing is more complex then choosing one set length for everything. Venting blast baffles ive found to be counter productive. I have like an 8 video series on high gas capture storage cones and applying selective venting and porting that has brought me to these conclusions. Venting the first cone in a traditional design can help but your actually going to hurt frp a decent amount usually and can negate this with a better venting scheme. End of the day goal is to delay peak can pressurization without loosing too much performance under that first highly oxygenated round and then clamp down later in the stack- where .45 spacing on some cones can be ticket though not all- see LN control can design or sd mixed can designs. Appreciate the friendly debate and comments! Pm me any time

Why wouldn't you vent the low angle wall of the baffle? at least a few of them, towards the exit end.

I said in the video but that wall is smaller then a vent would be
