Years of mystery solved after watching the video... how the solution is filled in a totally hermetic glass tube. Prefilling in an opened edge tube -> heat up the head -> snap off the head while the wall is molten and fused together. I guess there are no 2 glass ampoules having a same tip shape.
انا اعمل على الات تعبيه وتغليف امبولت اكبر من هاذي الاله ولاكن في هاذي الفتره توجد لديا مشكله ولم اعرف حلها وهيا تنفخ اراس بعد اتلحيم لبعض الانبولات ويكون اراس احيانن هش وسريع الكسر من ما يسبب من كثرت اتالف كيف لي ان احل هاذي المشكله
To purge the waste combustion gasses from the flame that made the melt hole a few seconds before. You don't want it in there interfering with the pharmaceutical product. eg. the co2 dissolving in the water and decreasing pH.
There is a risk that the glass would crack a little bit So there is a “leak teast “which is soaking the ampule in methylene blue to inspect if it is cracked or not
1) how to ensure it's pollution free when filling the ampoules? 2) how to ensure the solution in the ampoule does not react to the flame heat? 3) when snapping the tip after heating, how to ensure there is no particle dropping into the ampule?

As far as I know, nitrogen gas is mostly used, but yeah, an inert gas like argon can also be used. And this process is known as sparging

يتم الفحص بعد خروج الانبولت ازجاجيه يتم فحصه من عدم وجود زجاجت صغيره بعد اتلحيم او اي تلوث او بكتيريا يتم فحص كل انبول قبل ان تخرج الا اسوق
