The Taylor/Palmer match is legendary.
David has been sort of a hero of mine and witnessing everything he has done in his life has given me so much motivation to become better in every aspect of my own life. So excited to see what he will produce as a next level coach ! Thanks for the matches flo!

Another fantastic video! thank you!
Taylor/Palmer is a piece of history.
IIRC Palmer and Taylor were both Ohio state champs and Taylor went up a weight to wrestle him. Don’t remember Palmer or any of these other opponents in D1 later except for Josh Kindig.
Pretty sure they were both ranked very high nationally (if not both #1) in their weight classes.
@@RobertMounts-m1mTaylor was #1 at 140 and Palmer was #1 at 145 in the country they were both 3x state champs and both went on to win 4. I think they were 1 and 2 in the p4p rankings.
If my memory serves me correctly
At first I thought JD was commentating on the Cintron match... then I realized he was probably like 7 years old at the time.
