I love Istanbul and especially the beautiful buildings.I am sure it something for everybody. The mosques and palices are steeped in history and mystery. It is a vibrant city and cant wait to visit again soon.
I read a book called Leyla, the black tulip. It is about a girl that is taken to the Topkapi palace to be a slave. It's really good and it tells a lot about the palace and stuff like that. Any kid should get it from their local library. It's from the series "Girls of many lands". It was well written, too. I wanna go to Istanbul someday!!

so, it's a matter of taste, isn't it? The Eastern part looks like over 2 Million people disappeared and no one is there to take care of it. I don't like the scenery, and the mosques look like churches that have had the top parts changed. Oh wait, did they used to be churches? Either way, it looks ugly now, please fix them asap and stop insulting people.
