I remember seeing Angemon since Digimon Season 1
Who is ClavisAngemon digivolution line?
I remember being little and seeing Angemon (a champion level) attack Myotismon (a powerful ultimate level). It was wild because the attack clearly affected Myotismon to the point that he was brought to his knees and that the residual energy from the attack destroyed a nearby Phantomon (who was also an ultimate level).
Especially when Myotismon was wiping the floor with all the other ultimate level digimon
It's more not cauz of level.. It's more cauz of attribute.. Holy digimon light and vaccine.
Fire is super effective against grass. Same goes for holy to evil.
I love that Digimon does this with their monsters it gives me a different feeling in my chest knowing that I'm raising an angel 😇

Angewomon X should be a separate digimon, that design is so good. Also, they could have used ClavisAngemon as the gatekeeper in Seekers, instead of Royal knights.
Marine Angemon is my favorite. It’s attack Ocean Love is so multi-functional and can end any battle instantly.
Honorable mentions to HolyAngemon Blast Mode, Angewomon Blast Mode and MarinAngemon Balst Mode that only appeared in the forgotten Digimon Accel.
One of my favorite types of digimon. My favorite angle digimon has to be seraphimon.

I started watching Digimon for the dinosaurs. I kept watching for Angemon
With Luxmon we have a full evolution line of Angel Digimon. Darcmon works better a previous evolution form for Angewomon than Tailmon. 😊

Forgot to mention that Angemon used Angel Stem when defending Angewomon and the digidestined against Cocomon. The defense requires him to twirl his staff around.
Those angels of digimon are tough as well holy beings on each them which is interesting and cool.

with Dominimon as mega, it can form a trio mega armor angel group, with Seraphimon & Ophanimon...

The franchise would be better served by all digimon being actual Digital Monsters not just winged people or humans with animal heads.
...so Pokemon. Considering that pokemon are creatures meant to simulate a type of ecosystem, it makes sense why people don't like humanoid pokemon (or al least not having them stand an walk on 2 legs)
this is digimon, digital monsters. they can be literally anything. Variety is the spice of a monster franchise, and oh by does DG have that. Sure we got duds, but hey - thiers nothing quite like having a poop monster, living legos, a seraphim, a lion man and a dragon made of guns all standing in the same room.
@@JDReC100 I still contend that "people but with animal heads/wings" are not Monsters. Likewise nobody will ever convince me that the franchise and the roster of creatures both would not be better off by excising all of the people-monsters all together.
I don't hate them per se but I can't stand the ones that are just "generic anime waifu". Beelstarmon is the worst offender in my humble opinion.
