Hey, Metro Transit. You should offer free passes to good people who are willing to volunteer to moniter trains. The volunteers could cover 4 hour shifts. It could save a lot of money. Volunteers could be trained on what to call in and how to work in conjunction with the police.

I really don't understand how anybody ever thought the honor system was acceptable for getting on the light rail. Invest in turnstiles like every other city so people have to pay to get on the train and homeless people and junkies can't just come on whenever they feel like it.
