i built a track on train simulator and this took skill. tracks going up,down, sharp curves, sharp down grades, twists and turns, and loops, and weeeeee.
I'm not too sure, but I think that there mght be something wrong with those rails. I may be wrong, but just something about those rails do not seem to be quite right. Yet I'm no track inspector, so they may be totally fine and I am just imagining things.

No, this is not available. Trainz 2019 has no workshop. It has the Download Station which is within the game itself. You can also download and install third party content from other websites, onto the game, provided you have all of the correct dependencies.
