Rob Explores | A walk along the River Great Ouse and High Street in Stony Stratford

I had to head to MK into the office for a meeting on a Tuesday so we took the opportunity to head down early and see some of my family.
I found myself at a loose end on Monday morning so went for a walk along the River Great Ouse as it flows Stony Stratford, and then along the High Street (Watling Street) of Stony Stratford itself.
Stony Stratford is a lovely town, steeped in history at least as far back as the Romans due to Watling Street running through the area. Watling Street is an old Roman Road which runs from London up into North Wales.

Thanks @shaunmk, not to mention the parks and walks around 5 lakes as I recall. They certainly thought about it when they developed the city.
