If you compare prices Walmart is $.50-$1.50 LESS per item consistently. Of course there’s those items that are the same, but over all- decor is ALWAYS less.
Will not shop at target and yes Walmart is my go to store now!

In winter, a scarf with a nice sweater and jeans is my favorite outfit. I actually have a pretty rust one I bought at Target dollar spot a few years back.
I won't shop at Target anymore. Have "discovered" Walmart, especially their fantastic home delivery.

Central Florida targets have Halloween decorations . I visited am visiting my sister and its all fall @ target dollar spot and in the store dear. Right after back to school is all fall stuff @ target etc...
I would use those scarves as a table runner.

Went to my Target last night and definitely a lack of fall decor. My Target hasn’t even marked down their summer merchandise because they don’t have much. I was reading today that labor strikes at Canadian ports are causing shipping to re-route to US ports and it is causing a 6-8 week delay for retailers rolling out their fall collections. So I am sure that is playing a big part. The marketing team probably rolled out the fall campaign as planned but then the trucks never showed up with the merchandise. It’s going to to cause a ripple effect throughout the industry.
Was at Target today. I'm In PA, but absolutely none of that stuff was in the dollar spot.

Inflation for me. I tend not to buy decor stuff anymore and Im wondering if all the issues from Covid/pandemic are finally catching up like all the lack of materials or just buyers couldn’t get great items? Usually takes a while for us to see it in the stores
The dollar spot theme totally makes sense. Stay at home parents have to celebrate kids going back to school and teachers have to have something to take the edge off in the evening lol.

I got a new wreath from hearth and hand today and yes they hardly anything in our store up in pa it’s all back to school going on, no fall, the other stores are beating target on this, they are always way behind it seems! Hardly any clearance also at our stores! Got5a watch the wreaths too, pretty smashed for the price n that’s in other stores as well! Great video Katie thank u for sharing! 😊❤️🎁💕⭐️

My Target store has used the space for dorm items since we are near several college here in SoCal.
Katie, w/Big Lots slashing prices of Target merch in their stores, was shocking to me. Now you're getting the run around again from Target it sounds like chaos behind the scenes. I can't remember which season, but I remember another time. Thx for working your magic. cgzone8

TOTALLY agree! Houston Tx has like 7-8 targets. I order online when I can and otherwise prefer in person in store to check stuff but yes it’s so minimal for hearth and hand. Also TOTALLY agree about summer disappointment of hearth and hand. So here’s my decision…giving it one final chance for Christmas 2023 hearth and hand when it comes out. Hopefully it’s good but if not that will be the last time I go to in person to check because it’s a ton of work on a release day for hearth and hand to drive to 3 nearby targets and check in person AND to keep checking online. It’s too much work and exhausting and stops being fun to find hearth and hand items so my plan is winter Christmas 2023 release as last chance before I give up on them. But yes Target prefers online orders. Also make “list” in target online so they know what you want and so they can shuffle items around towards you to be able to order it online. Also I ordered same day delivery a few days ago bc some items available it said. Well then target shopper said nope nothing there in store. So they cancelled my order. I checked back in 24 hours and it all showed in stock online so I just ordered to have it shipped so I’m doing it sight unseen. Anywho I’m totally in agreement with you and I’d say by year end 2023 we will know if it’s a brand I want to continue shopping for or not. Thank you for all your work on this brand!! We appreciate you so much!!

Atlanta has it everwhere! The North Druid Hills location always has the best setup if anyone is near by or traveling through. I love alot of the items but I really dislike the stems and plants also. Although the darker olive leaf wreath is beautiful!

Yes, sometimes some stores will start receiving Christmas decor around this time but they don't start displaying or putting them out until after Halloween. If you do see some Christmas decor on the floor, it was probably just a mistake.
One of the bigger targets by me with a huge hearth and hand section had the FULL fall line and it was beautiful! But been to other smaller stores, and nothing there.

They do have to new stuff in! But they don’t have any workers to put the freight out! Target is steady cutting backs hours! I have about 7 pallets of One Spot to put out! But, I can’t because I’m needed elsewhere in the store! That’s Target for ya though 🤦🏻♀️
Perhaps Target is feeling the supply chain issues. Most of the items are manufactured in China.

I was able to find the marble trivet with the wood stand that I wanted at my local target today, but I didn’t really see much else from the collection. Luckily, that was the only thing I was wanting to purchase. I also didn’t notice any hearth and hand clearance items that I was hoping to come across.

I struggled to get the new Hearth and Hand stuff to stay in my cart that first week. Part of me thinks it's marketing. Now they're fully stocked on everything. As of the 30th everything has been fine. I just bought half of the things I want. (I can't do it all in one swoop, because money. LOL!!)
Duh. The blue ice mold is specifically a large ice block mold for old fashions or whisky.
I checked like the morning of the launch and nothing at my store and like you said many items weren’t available to ship.
target clearance is not in my opinion clearance .its just to high.
So weird you couldn't find it! My store had it out a week before it launched. I got the green fluted vases and the Rusted Eucalyptus arrangement and of course the Basic Brown Stanley

Probably since Christmas, my Dollar Spot in Albany NY only ever has a few of the items you show. 😢 Most of the dollar spot shelves are stocked with gatorade and seltzer to take up room!

Our Target Dollar Spot has been terrible the last 3 months. We did not get 1/2 of the Patriotic items. I have 4 that I go to here in Maryland and I have not been happy at all. Not sure what is going on.
I woke up and grabbed my goodies online at 3am EST and the next day at the store. I really wanted the fluted cream dishes and I missed out on them. So bummed.

Never liked Hearth and Home. It looks like it was made in the 1970’s and Joanna Gaines design style in the beginning was vintage like the early 1900’s. The McGee collection I’ve purchased a few pillows but that’s it.
The area I currently live in has been consistently disappointing (for the last three years I’ve lived here)- my local stores have NEVER had anything good. Either they don’t carry the same items as other targets, or I feel like the collections have missed the mark. There hasn’t been too many items I feel like I actually want to purchase.
A couple of decent dollar items but yeah Target is a little off right now mainly back to school items and decor is non existent at my stores SM was out earlier and sold out nothing but some clearance items… guessing it will get stocked after Back to School is done!

Yes major fail. It did not sell out online on the 23rd. It didn’t fully launch. Only a few things were available. I stayed up till 3am so I could place my order & then couldn’t sleep so I kept checking until 7am and nothing. I was able to order 1 thing. I believe it launched this past Sunday, I woke up early and checked and they had everything in stock. So a week late on the launch.
Nothing was available for pickup for me either. This past Sunday everything was available for pickup. Items that were available, only had limited amounts for shipping. So I definitely think a week late on their full stock

I went to Target one last time this past weekend. I'm done nothing new in Dollar Spot at all. Mostly a bunch of junk and empty shelves. The rest of the store for home goods for fall is non existent. I'm done on top of that most of the time their stuff is too expensive. Give me Walmart, Pop shelf, Home Goods instead!!

None of the Targets in Central ARK got the Threshold new collection and I’m sure we will never see the hew Hearth and Hand!! I am very disappointed!! I went to 5 stores in Central ARK. I’ve heard Target is not doing very good business wise and may be going out of business. So maybe they are going to just sell online now!
How disappointing nothing much to see in dollar spot or Hearth and Hand. It has been that way almost the whole summer. If they can’t keep them stocked they should just stop having the them both. Always a waste of time to go in the 3 stores in my area and they have nothing. Thanks for always giving us a look at your stores.
I went to Target yesterday and walked out with nothing. We don't even have any clearance here and not one thing in the dollar spot. There are all snacks where the dollar spot was. Very Disappointed!!!

Well, unfortunately a lot of stuff is actually made in China and there are alot of trade issues going on. Manufacturing location matters....OK that's my little "rant" today.....I know, usually I'm very positive on this channel, but it's kind of in our faces now🙄....js Still love your energy on here though!!!😀😀😀😀❤️
