Absolutely brilliant finish my friend so love watching everything you do mate totally inspires me thank you for what you do buddy i appreciate this a lot as being someone still learning to use all this stuff this really helps to guide me well done mate 😉✌
Very nice weathering and not over complicated or overdone as you sometimes see on other UA-cam channels. I especially liked your airbrush-work. First class!
Looks great , it don’t matter about chimney deflectors etc it looks the business ,I like the fact in our hobby we can make what we want I’ve always wanted to paint a western in large logo blue as a kind of might have been or a deltic in inter city livery ,superb work 👍🏻😊😊👍🏻
Fantastic as always - I really do mean this as the highest praise, that you present and show techniques and methods that us mere mortals feel we can follow and repeat - WOWed and inspired and not WOWed but filled with trepidation. Thanks again! My gauge is N gauge - I would love to see how you would apply your techniques in this scale?
That’s very kind of you to say. It means a lot to me, thank you I have a couple of N gauge wagons so It’ll be interesting to see if it transfers easily to a smaller scale. Watch this space!!
Did you add the smoke deflectors yourself or did they come pre-attached to the original green model. I have a hornby wartime black scotsman that comes with smoke deflectors and was wondering (if you did) how you attached your smoke deflectors. If not dont worry the video was very good
Hi. The deflectors were already attached. The true wartime Scotsman didn't have deflectors fitted. They weren't added until the 60's, but i just like the look of them.
Fantastic to see the techniques which you use to turn a toy into a model. Thank you for sharing!
Glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you, and thanks for watching again

Thank you for watching. I tried to keep it simple and light ( out of respect for Flying Scotsman) it at times it was hard to restrain myself!! 😂

Thank you. I can understand some modelers desire for accuracy, but sometimes its nice to build a 'what if...?' model
Absolutely superb model. Its given me the confidence to try something like that myself. Just gotta get an airbrush kit.
Good luck. The Iwata Neo is an excellent choice

I reliveried my n gauge Minitrix Flying Scotsman as war time 103. Didn't turn out too bad!

@@BuntersYard thanks!
Looks great, man, as always. :) Are you planning to do anything else or are you declaring this one finished now?
I think this one is done. I was debating detailing inside the cab and adding crew, but I’ll save that for another day
