On Christmas I got the PlayStation 1 I was super young this was the first game my parent bought for me I must of been 10 or something can’t remember. Never forgot this game.
Thanks for this, I finally found it by googling for a ps1 game with a blue car. I remember playing the demo a lot of times although i had no idea what to do as the game was in english and I'm german. But driving the car was so fun.
I played the demo of it too, and back then, I just drove around, even though I only had little knowledge in English, as I'm German too. The full version though (which is really difficult to get hold of TBH), is in English, French, German, Spanish and Swedish, with the voiceovers being in English, French and German.
schl4u Oh man, I google it too, but I didn't try "blue car". I expend months searching for it, I looked lists of ps1 games, 500 games lists, it was insane. I remembered "San Francisco is a city...." nothing more.
The voiceovers are still in English, when Spanish and Swedish are selected, which is why only English, French and German voiceovers are present in this game.
Wow this looks crazy good for a PS1 game wtf it almost passes as a PS2 game Simple yet detailed UI with a minimap, colorful graphics, extensive tutorial, the music. Damn. I can go on and on lol
This game was perfection and it was one of my favs of all time...I remember being a child and my friends always said "you still playing that shit" lol they didn't know how fun this game truly was
Alter endlich. Hab gefühlt Jahre nach dem game gesucht.. Hab so viele gameplay Szenen noch im Kopf, auf der Brücke, mit dem Heli oder so, aber kam nie auf den Name des Spiels 🥰
It's true. This game was totally ahead of its time. Too bad it got slated by the press and was obviously overshadowed by Driver, but gamers like myself loved it. And being underrated, it definetely belongs into the same category as all the other underrated games that EA put out, such as Future Cop: LAPD, Skullmonkeys and the two more modern games that EA published during the time they were and still are evil with their loot boxes and micro-transactions they've been highly infamous for since, such as Brütal Legend and Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning.
ah endlich gefunden. der letzte Satz im Video verfolgt mich schon seit jahren. damals die demo bis zum abwinken gezockt. wollte nur noch mal den letzten satz hören :D
I never played the demo of this but i did have the full game when i was younger and still do, unfortunately i managed to lose the instruction manual over time until yesterday. I went into a new shop in town to look for a game i was hoping to get cheap when i noticed a ps1 game section. I didn't have much money so i was trying to be careful when i burst into a gasp as i spotted this game on the shelf with a £1.50 price tag. I already owned the game and it to this day is still my favourite game as i never get bored of it. It took me a good 10 minutes of thought but i loved it too much to let it sit there, and now i own 2 of this game :L
Finally.... i got it. was searching for it.. played it a lot of time as a kid. but at the end it gets a bit hard for me. needed much time to finish it. but rly great game!
Yeahh.. I remember playing this when I was 8 or 9. I don't think I got that far into the story or missions, though I liked how you could smash your car into stuff like doors and, when inside multi level buildings, windows aswell(oh yeah and you could run over and shoot ppl aswell, good times). I think i still have this game somewhere...**searches for game**
probably it's Crime Killer (I have videos of it on my channel) or maybe Die Hard Trilogy in the Die Hard with a Vengeance levels, or probably Vigilante 8 or Twisted Metal, or Rogue Trip: Vacation 2012? Maybe those, that can rejuggle your memories? :)
The man, who exposes the bad and the obscure Crime Killer .. hell yeah .. I've been searching for this game long time .. it was a good game but A.D is the best
i had it for my real ps1 but i lost it so now i've been trying tto find the name of the game so i can download it. i thought it was called "super driver blue car superhero thingy" or something like that
anyone know a game that we play as a kid and his attack is throwing hat and we can find different type of hat, and a game that we control a tribe boy go on a adventure
Is this really rare , in what PAL format ? I thinks in NTSC-U it's common , anyhow it saddens me the back of the rear insert is just blank 0.o Remove the disc and it's blank black beneath I cherish Auto Destruct !! Fuck the Twisted Metals they're so overrated !!! Auto Destruct a work of art in vehicular destruction !!!!
Auto Destruct is actually quite rare in PAL. I remember buying it for €15 at the time I was just before I started the whole walkthrough that I had been planning for a long time. And you're saying that Twisted Metal is overrated. Well.... in the US, it's sort of the case. But in PAL, it is not! Why? Lemme tell you. Believe it or not, Twisted Metal is actually very rare in PAL, since only the first two games got PAL releases, and unlike in the US, they did not sell very well, which is also the reason why the other three PS1 games in the series also did not get released in PAL due to the likelihood that they would have also sold equially as bad as the first two were. And to this day, the PAL versions of both games are rare and valuable. While Twisted Metal can still be bought for like €25-30, Twisted Metal 2, aka. Twisted Metal World Tour on the other hand, still fetches high prices, where it sill is sold for like €50-€60, which is alot. This is what I coined the phrase "Twisted Metal Syndrome", which means for a game that was successful in the US, and in rare cases, Japan, it was not very successful in PAL. Many examples of these include games such as Mega Man 8 and X4, Castlevania SOTN, Vigilante 8 and 2nd Offense and Legend of Dragoon which were all games that were highly successful in the US and still can be found everywhere, although the prices can be high for some games, whereas in PAL, they are poor sellers and still can fetch up to high prices.
Razorblade1812, The big fan of Kaitou Hawtin Wow that sucks .. also V82 for Dreamcast is choice BUT what kind of oversight was it , remember after every battle when you win/die your character has something to say ? In the Dreamcast version they are silent .. nothing said @ results .. I remember V81 you can use first-person and you see your steering wheel and char's hands .. but in V82 they dropped that . Strange
I haven't really played all that much of 2nd offense unlike V8, which I have played alot from start to finish. I really didn't notice that they took out the steering wheel in 2nd offense until you told me about it. Also, from the alpha footage I saw in the trailer of the game on a US demo disc, the game was going to have a full cockpit, until they somehow scrapped it halfway-through development.
This game was perfection and it was one of my favs of all time...I remember being a child and my friends always said "you still playing that shit" lol they didn't know how fun this game truly was
I played this game with my dad so much, loved watching him play this, miss you so much dad
One of the best games in PS1 in my opinion
best loading screen too :)
I've payed this only as Demo xD
@@Benny-fd6sm u from Germany? Cause I had this as a demo to on a black disc
@@theyuki-fay-multiverse9086 yes , excactly :)

I googled the same :D and i played also the demo of the playstation magazine back then :)
schl4u Oh man, I google it too, but I didn't try "blue car". I expend months searching for it, I looked lists of ps1 games, 500 games lists, it was insane. I remembered "San Francisco is a city...." nothing more.

Alter endlich. Hab gefühlt Jahre nach dem game gesucht..
Hab so viele gameplay Szenen noch im Kopf, auf der Brücke, mit dem Heli oder so, aber kam nie auf den Name des Spiels 🥰
I miss my childhood
This is an underrated gem! Not a Twisted Metal clone at all. I actually think it's a good predecessor to the first Driver with combat.
It's true. This game was totally ahead of its time. Too bad it got slated by the press and was obviously overshadowed by Driver, but gamers like myself loved it. Yes, everyone talks about Driver and GTA 3 but this game was even earlier

Oh yes, finally found it. Played it on my psp 7-8 years ago
A car combat game I've never heard of? I have to hunt this down now.
I had a steering wheel and gas/break pads for this game. It was soooo much fun.
One of my favorite games.
I never played the demo of this but i did have the full game when i was younger and still do, unfortunately i managed to lose the instruction manual over time until yesterday. Jeez this was the first game I ever fully beat as a kid and I played the crap out of it
"Not bad Booth, not bad"...©👍
It looks so much more difficult in that view, up close where you can't see your car makes it so much easier to drive and shoot.
Memories! Anybody remember the mission where you had to find the guy named Marcus DuPont? The guy briefing you sounded high as hell!
Awesome Game... memories.
the game that everyone forgot the name
The Explosion better than ps4
omg the best time^,^
Yesss🤩🤩🤩
took me a while to find the name of this game again.
Is it weird that this game scared me back in the day?
Yea I wish they would remaster it for ps4 that would be awesome
looks like a city in a driver game with a need for speed 2 car.
Bro the tanks are drifting and gets taken out by a few bullets then why was there a need to give rockets?
Fuck that, third person view is THE way to play.
Clasico #1
Yesss!
i had it for my real ps1 but i lost it so now i've been trying tto find the name of the game so i can download it. i thought it was called "super driver blue car superhero thingy" or something like that
demorei mas consegui zerar este jogo ,na epoca era muito legal
anyone know a game that we play as a kid and his attack is throwing hat and we can find different type of hat, and a game that we control a tribe boy go on a adventure
Too many incoming messages 😂
Make it for ps4 but keep the same sound effects and sound of the car
I played it 3 times
НАСТОЛЬГИЮШКАААААА :)
Since my comment i actually tried it in third person and driving is alot easier! but i suck at shooting so i have to keep swapping between XD
Game was so damn good, yet badly rated.
Mandela effect I remember it being a red car
