Maybe a basic question, but do the controls correspond to Bowl One on left and Bowl Two on right? Having trouble freezing left bowl with a slightly different base product than right bowl. Need a lot of patience to get this right.

We bought 2 of these. One stopped working within a month. All the controls seem fine. It is set on slush (sls) butr the augers don't turn and the compressor doesn't start. You can hear the click of the thermostat occasionally which tells me something thinks its on. But it looks like a waste of money since there is no customer support. (to note, I work on slush machines like Bunn and Faby so I know basically what I'm doing). I guess that teaches me for trying to save a few dollars with Vevor.

This is my opinion on anything sold by Vevor: they do not and will not support after sales. I have bought two slush machines that need seals. They dont have them. I asked for a replacement water filter from an ice machine, they dont have it. This stuff will break in a year or two and your are out of luck!

Too low in sugar. The sugar content is around 13%. Please don't mess with the settings, that's for engineers
