Imagine putting your heart and soul into making the highest quality game you could possibly make over the course of 3 years, and some random reviewers on the other side of the world completely bash it, thus ruining many people's view on the game. Will never forget the absolute garbage that was the Sonic Unleashed reviews from back then. It still annoys me 11 years later. This game is phenomenal.
Bro I couldn’t agree more, I was around 7 years old when Unleashed came out and even tho I was too young to play it back than since I didn’t have a 360 playing it now as an adult makes me realize this game was one of the best in the series. It sucks because this came out right after 06 and hating on sonic was cool back than I guess.
Yeah I've always loved to play sonic unleashed, and I've always admired the graphical work. After I found this video ago, It inspired me to learn off this and really taught me how much work they did to make this game look as good as it does.
I love the process of thinking from beginning, all till the challenges faced in the end. And how beautiful the end result is. Thank you for uploading this.

Well no duh you idiot. Every game has a PC build LOL, its where it was programmed in. You think that builds of God of War 3 and Super mario 64 on PC don't exist?! Every game ever game that was done on PC HAS a PC build of some kind.

Unleashed's Global Illumination technique is so good, outstanding for an old game, sad how people didn't like the game.
