I’ve had an interesting experience with destiny.
There was a very important moment in my life that I knew I was supposed to express myself. Long story short, I failed. I literally thought my life ended right then. I went into such a descent, that my health deteriorated to the point of where I was on the brink for years. I was able to stay alive but truly in hell. The funny thing is this descent into suffering, directed me to who I truly am. The suffering brought me to a place I absolutely never would’ve found through normal everyday life. Through experience, I now know that this crash was actually all part of the master plan to help me reconnect.
What I’m saying is I believe my “destiny” was literally rewritten on the fly. I don’t know how, but I think it’s something that can bend and flex if your heart is open. You can fail at something you were supposed to do but you are never out of the game. I believe there are always openings and opportunities if you are open to them. Have a nice day.
Exactly. It’s likely there are multiple paths your life can take. Like a tree branch. Exercising free will and making the right choice to fulfill you life’s purpose sends you on a favorable path.

Thankyou Anita, this resonates completely with me. I have been living a spiritual life for 15 years and in that time strengthening my connection to my higher self and when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in June 2021 with mets to my axillary lymph nodes I knew I could heal this cancer without the traditional treatments given by the medical industry. My career has been in the medical industry and despite this my knowing was that we can heal this ourselves but to do that you have to put the work into it. I see this disease in my body as a wake up call and the journey has taught me that I had to let go of everything that bought me to this point. I don't pretend that this is easy, it is a journey of faith in my godself and the journey is mentally taxing.I completely agree that we need to listen to our soul to understand our destiny. I've only recently found your channel and am very grateful to your teachings as it helps keeps me looking forward with faith and knowing that I am on the right path. Bless you 💖
I love your content Anita. You are gifted in so many ways and can explain things so cleary. I have learnt so much from you. Can you please do a video on hellish NDEs? If the other side is only love, why do some people have negative NDEs?
You know I often ask myself the same question. The data shows these negative ndes can randomly happen to anyone too. It makes you think the other side is just like here - it’s just lottery whether you life is good or very bad…
I think it has to do with the persons state of mind. We put ourselves in hell through fear or other factors. I’ve researched hellish NDE’s and there’s been some where the person recognized they would’ve been scared and thought they were in hell had their NDE stopped at a certain point, if that makes sense. In others, the person realized they had a choice and called on Jesus (or I’m sure could ask for other spiritual figures too) and he came and carried them into a beautiful place. That’s what I’ve gathered through my research, hopefully some of it resonates. :)
I’m Jewish, and the Kabbalah explains destiny in the exact same way. As a matter of fact, in teaches about the other side in the same way as you explain your experience in other videos. Thank you for all the you do Anita. Blessings ❤️!

Is the kabbalah a canonical Jewish Holy book?
@@yuiopoli9601 It’s not a book dear. It is the mystic teachings of the Torah. The stories you read on the “Old Testament” have 4 levels of interpretation:
Literal, allusive, allegorical, mystical (the secrets of heaven). There is no Kabbalah without the Torah. There are several foundational books on the subject, and many more expanding on the foundations.

@@yuiopoli9601 well, because the Tanaj (Jewish scriptures) is not old and is not a testament. The title Old Testament was allocated to the Jewish scriptures by the early Catholic/Christian church. So, most of the western world still uses that name, but it is foreign in the Jewish world. The proper name is Tanaj, and Torah which are the first five books in the Tanaj. Good day!
Thank you for this. However, I find it hard to understand how this applies to the millions of people who have been born into the most destitute of lives and die that way. The poorest of the poor who live and die this way. There must be some grace afforded to them as well somehow.
Anita, your sharing is wonderful and valuable and yet, existence must be so vast and mysterious that there is much more that perhaps we must ourselves experience our own “transition”when it is our time. Your messages in your books and videos are helpful.
Thank you so much, Anita! I really appreciated the feedback you gave with regards to the physician's comments re: magic pill and taking your power back, etc. - I agree 100%. Also, I don't usually talk about this too much b/c I don't want it to be taken 'the wrong way', but when I started connecting with my intuition again at the beginning of being consciously aware of my spiritual journey, there was a woman who developed cancer in this spiritual group I belonged to at that time. Like everyone else in the group, I was concerned for her well being and wanted to help her to heal from this disease. And while she was talking about the cancer one night, I was suddenly made aware that a wounded part of her was enjoying the attention that she was getting from having cancer. I was shocked by this insight and was not expecting this at all. I'm certainly not blaming her for having cancer or anything like that, but at this time, I grew aware (getting goosebumps, which is my sign for truth), that sometimes we get sick or injure ourselves b/c it is the only way that we allow ourselves to 'slow down' (e.g. gives us an 'excuse' to slow down - perhaps we can get some time off from that job we detest or have a good reason as to why we cannot fulfil those 'obligations' we don't really want to do, etc.) and/or 'feel loved' b/c suddenly so many people are paying attention to us and expressing caring feelings/concern towards us. The human psyche is extremely complex, but I agree with you 100% - we need to take our power back (heal or become aware of these 'wounded' aspects within of ourselves) in whatever way most resonates you. I so needed to see and hear this video. Just had a fight with breast cancer and the treatment they want to put me on for a few years has so many side effects that I most likely would feel worse than I do now. Plus other potential dangerous health risks that puts people under. The treatment just doesn’t resonate with me, but I do feel a bit pressured by my doctor plus the fear of cancer coming back. I’m ready to take my power back in every form and I’m working holistically and spiritually to overcome this, fear and all conditioning from my past that no longer serve me. Thank you for being that light in this world. I love your messages❤️
Thank you. I'll try this perspective. This was helpful always trying to tune in. Sometimes hard to recognize the confirmation or msg but getting there.
One thing that has kept me sane over the last few months of severe anxiety is to let go of trying to figure out my destiny. I got so sick of not getting answers and feeling like I fall short of many of the things I felt called to go after, I decided to stop going for things! I just take one day at a time and say the serenity prayer daily. My last ditch effort is my saving up for a psilocybin retreat in the near future. I refuse to put myself through the pain I went through during those last few months. I've decided to make the Universe work. If the Universe wants me to do something different than what I'm currently doing, it needs to make it easy for me. I will no longer jump through hoops!
I feel similarly. The Cosmos/universe seems petty & capricious to me, and answers are nowhere to be found.
@Wild Owl Metaphysical... Great intention to put out to The Universe... It will listen. I have done this as I am not one to "knock on fifty doors". If the door is closed, I move on. Worried about my job recently, Then I saw this video. Now I should listen to my intuition and the feeling of excitement.
I have experienced provision so often in career. Set the intent that you desire, and receive the guidance when you tune inwards. Intent + listening is powerful enough to get you to the job situation you want, and don't sell yourself short! It's out there for you as well.

I’m really interested in what is going on with the victims of serial killers, people who die absolutely horrific deaths etc purely through random circumstances…did these people plan such hideous fates prior to their birth? Was it their destiny to suffer a terrible end? Did their soul intend for someone to be burned alive or be brutally murdered by a psychopath? Let’s face it these things happen every day to real people…

@@luciacos7700 the fact is despite what some people claim NOBODY knows the whole truth about what is going on. Some very loving and kind people have also reported horrific NDEs too.

Reality doesn’t always work out like that I’m afraid…some poor souls are extremely unlucky. It may have worked out in the end for her but some people never lived to tell their tale.
Thank you. I was waiting for an explanation on this topic. But what I can make out from your explanation is that we have free will to only quiet and calm our mind. So that we can receive internal guidance. But I think if we keep the target of free will to overcome the situation, than we are living in a resistance towards the present situation, which will keep our mind stressed. So it's better to just practice to be calm and quiet in mind and then follow the guidance.. Thank you..👍❤️

I appreciate your videos very much. I'm having a hard time with understanding this particular video and how our soul has its intended destiny here on earth. While I understand there is growth from pain, seeking out painful and negative circumstances as an intention from the soul doesn't make sense to me, especially when the soul originates in a place of peace and unconditional love? Why would our soul want so many unpleasant experiences while on earth?

A friend suggested me to watch your videos after I lost my pet. The loss is unbearable. It has been a month that he passed and I'm looking for answers to lots of my questions.
I know your experiences are not related to animals but I hope life on the other side is the same for all living beings. I have so much guilt. I'm trying to understand why I have done some mistakes during his treatment that I usually would not do. I was always cautious about choosing a vets and treatments, always did what I felt right for my cat, never listened to vets blindly. But this time everything went so wrong.
Some people said their soul plan their own death, they come to teach us important lessons, so this was meant to happen. Some say it is karma.
I just want to know if they already planned how long they will stay in our life, then could we change that by not making the mistakes? And how to recognize if that was soul's plan or our did?
I feel that I would be able to save my cat if I had found you videos earlier.
I can answer this one. You and your pet have a soul agreement and planned the lessons before birth thatyou were to learn. I have gone through what you have experienced. I am sorry for your loss. The pets know when it is their time to go, and the so-called mistakes you felt you made were part of the plan, so your pet would say: It is not your fault. I have received lots of signs from my dog on the other side. They are well and are with you, and may reincarnate when we have healed and grieved their death and rebirth on the other side.

I don’t know if I got it right. According to what Anita said in a video, when someone's soul feels it has no purpose to live, it finds an exit point. So I was wondering was Kutush feeling that way when the illness started? I was living in India for 2 years and came home for 4 times. I guess his sickness started silently few months before I came back permanently. My sister ignored the symptoms. I don't know what may be the reason that he planned to leave me. I also blame myself, cause at the very end,2 months later when his treatment was going wrong, I changed vet. But a month ago i was unsure to change the vet since I couldn’t rely on any one, but my heart was saying I need do change the vet. Because the vet wasn’t guiding me properly, I was so stressed. Since a vet friend of mine recommended him, I trusted this vet till Kutush's condition went out of hand and the vet denied to treat any further. So I feel that his condition wouldn’t go wrong so fast if I would take the right decision about vet.
At the end when he couldn’t breath without Oxygen I started to lose hope and was extremely stressed. That time I didn’t eat and sleep properly. May be he prepared to leave cause I lost hope? But I was never like this before. I was always so desperate and hopeful even vets said negative things about a health condition. Was there really anything to do to change my and my family's actions? Or was it all predestined?

Anita, thank you so much, your experience and your views are to me so precious, always!! I have a problem to follow that feeling of excitement you're telling us to be the right one to follow, because most of the time the kind of activities I really love (like watching movies, reading books, gardening, spending time with my cat) don't push my life forward at all. They seem to be very enjoyable activities that distract me though, from hard and unpleasant tasks I don't like at all but are necessary to human everyday life. What about those activities who are difficult, involve hard discipline, fatigue, exhaustion, but at the end are leading us toward a difficult goal, activities you're not enjoying very much and deplete your energy? Are we supposed instead to follow constantly that feeling of excitement anyway? I'd love to!

I travelled alone many countries and explored a lot.
What about a child who succumbs to injury from an abusive home? They have little free will. Perhaps some of us are meant to have a difficult incarnation for growth and/or to teach others in our soul group.
The thing is children choose their parents and sometimes hard childhood to learn from also in their later in life. We choose it as souls. It can be very hard to understand
Anita, thank you for teaching me how to reclaim my power. You helped me realize how amazing I am. I watched your video "don't be afraid to ask for help". I was wondering if we can ask your higher self to come and help up in our lives? Also when asking the higher self of someone who is still alive for help do we need to ask for consent from that person? (Especially when it's not possible if you don't know the person?). Another question about pray. If we want to pray for someone do we need to ask consent from that person to pray on their behalf?
Riley, you don't have to ask to pray for someone but I always like to send Love or ask for that which is for their highest potential & good as I may not be aware of the best for them. Asking on someone's behalf is always welcomed, just set the best intention behind the request Sending you Love 💛💫🌟
Hello. :) In Reiki class, it was taught that when sending distance Reiki to a person, or situation; in any direction of time-
we had to ask (energetically) for permission/if they would like to receive Reiki before beginning. Because of training (not just in This class,) I 'heard/felt/knew' the answer of yes or no, intuitively, very clearly.
Hope this helps, as even though prayer is not Reiki, they are related;
as source energy,
and your own energy,
and the person or situation in which giving prayer or Reiki to's energy is involved.
Therefore all involved must be willing in some way - whether it's subconsciously or only on a soul level,
you still ask and you still receive the answer, without interjecting your own judgement.
This teaching greatly helped me with the question you asked. Maybe it will help someone else too.

Hi Anita! Great video. I am wondering if you think people can access their free will if they have experienced servere trauma and their body has gone into a chronic freeze response (and unaware they are even in freeze to use free will to change it)? I am wondering because I just became aware of repressed trauma and have been able to realize I have been living life frozen and it felt like I was too paralyzed to access this free will . Now that I have realized this I am shifting out of my freeze response and it feels like I can utilize my free will now. I am in my mid twenties and have lived this way for over 20 years. Do you think trauma can prevent access to free will or is that just being complacent?

Hi, Anita! I have a question - I have been been having so much deja vu! I have deja vu all the time and it feels like I’ve been there before and I know I definitely have. I researched it and google says I’m stressed or lacking sleep but I know it’s more spiritual than that. Can you possibly tell me what it means from your perspective?

I am not sure I fully believe in destiny. If this life/incarnation is simply a reflection of where you are internally, and all possibilities exist, then how can something really be destiny if it can be changed? "No matter where you are, it is only the culmination of your thoughts and beliefs up to that point. And you can change it." "What I felt was that all possibilities exist simultaneously - it just depends which one you choose. Sort of like being in an elevator, where all the floors of a building exist, but you can choose which floor to get off on." I personally prefer the idea that this life is just a playground for us to experience what we want to and express ourselves as we want to, and if we don't like what's happened or what is happening, then we can just change the script and choose something different. Not that I have figured out how to do that yet, but it gives me great hope. :)
I love your persona, soul and teachings Anita! But there is something with the "not beeing a victim" when living with illness that I either misinterpret or just doesn't resonate. Many, myself included, have tried to heal ourselves and relentlessly tried different approaches and modalities, but not been able to heal (yet). I do belive a human can be a victim of circumstances at one point in time but that doesn't mean it has to stay that way. It's difficult to explain what I mean but I feel self-compassion is nr 1 for whatever is causing difficulty.

I have a question dear Anita. Do you think that taking our life due to very difficult health problems e.g becoming blind and helpless and because everything is extremely overwhelming etc... is also free will. I do believe so. I feel that i have done everything I was supposed to do and when i cannot anymore i will choose my final exit. A friend called it cowardly but i do not believe so. Its hard to say goodbye to all the beauty on earth despite the difficulties. But i do believe that choosing once final exit is free will as well.
