I think I know someone who would be the perfect match for coco. She lives right here in SF and has been looking for a dog for a while but none of the dogs she’s met were the right fit. I think she would love coco so I’m going to send her this video and hopefully it will get him adopted. Thank you Rocky for doing what you are doing. We need more people like this in the world 😁😁😁

I really hope that one day all dogs are treated fairly and I think that all rocky has done is been a ginormous step to that he really deserves a standing ovation even though I bet he has had a bunch he just has donated so much and is such a good person

Oh my goodness I am so glad they took him to a foster home, My heart was breaking just thinking he had such an amazing night with you & then to return to his empty cage alone the next day 💔.

My guinea pig was named Coco she was my second guinea pig ever we saved her from A abusive pet shop she died last week she was 7😭 rip coco my Little pig also I think Coco the dog is super cute we also save and rescue animals🤗

The night part really teared me up, knowing that there are so many dogs out there in shelters that need the love and cuddling and it really made me sad on how cold and lonely it must be without someone there❤️ I hope that someday, all of the dogs will get loving families, even if it’s only for the last moments of their lives, like Chiquita banana 💛

@@rockykanaka Kayleen - Having been a mum to real and fur babies for over 3 decades (29 as a human mum), I can tell you that there's little difference in the grand scheme of things. You make sure they're safe, they're fed, they're loved and they get the right sort of schooling, whether that's a human school, the sort of things you teach your kids as you hope to bring them up to be decent human beings, or anything from home training sessions to taking them to other places like agility classes for the dogs (or the kids!).
Yes, my kids come first, but my dog (previously dog*s* - up to 3 of our big hounds and occasionally some big rescues!) always comes a very close second and far, _far_ further up the line when it comes to making sure they're not wanting for anything than hubby and I have ever been since we got together 34 years ago. Now most of the kids are away, the dog gets the better end of the deal!
If you've been a good pet parent, you should be a good human parent. Though how some people treat their animals like fashion accessories and/or royalty - and I mean totally over the top, unnecessary expenditure, new clothes for a dog that really doesn't need it (and some hate being dressed up, but have no choice in the matter), even jewelled collars - and then treat their kids like an afterthought with barely enough attention, let alone all of the essential things, I don't know. Fortunately, they're in the minority.
I just know that Rocky and Kelly are going to be epic parents! Such amazing amounts of love in their hearts, yet always having room for someone else, however many legs they have - their baby is only ever going to know what it's like to be in a truly loving family. I don't usually get excited over other people's babies (unless I'm close to them, like my daughter and her incredible, adorable, wonderful bunch of loonies), but I can't wait to see this new precious addition to their family!

Rocky, I very much appreciate your sitting videos, rescue videos, and shopping videos--they bring joy to my heart and help me to miss my treeing coonhound, Bella, a little less. I can't have her live with me in my new apartment because she's 47 pounds, and the limit for my apartment building is 20 lbs. for any pet. My landlord requires a non-refundable $300 additional deposit, which I can't afford. I hope to be able to afford the pet deposit in the near future and to get a smaller rescue dog to have live with me. Thanks for all that you and your team do for all of these precious creatures.
