I didn't have any seafood till I was around the same age as you two. I love seafood. Specially salmon and Ceviche. If you don't already have a video of Ceviche you should do one 😁
Back in the day there used to be a really good little burrito place in Hollywood we'd go to. Someone told me to try the Machaca Burrito and it was amazing it was so good. I haven't seen any places with Machaca burritos since that place it is something really unusual. Could you make some kind of Machaca burrito for an episode.

This looks AWESOME, I like to season my Veggies with something different than the Meat, if I tasted the Seasoning I might not add anything other than Lime, Salt and Pepper to the Veggies, it's hard to say without tasting all the stuff, that Blender Sauce Mix might smooth everything together too. My Family adds Sour Cream, Guacamole, and a Hot Sauce, before they even taste what I cook... so maybe I just have "issues" 😅
Salmon is so versatile. On the BBQ, poached, baked and so forth. Cod and Pollock would do this recipe a favor just the same ! Homemade tortillas, YES...the only way when time permits. The bell peppers of course add so much more depth to this "taco". Thanks for the ideas.

We had canned Salman as a kid. In fact it was a cheap thing to eat. Fresh Salman I was in my twenties at least.
