I'm a Fan of this plugin ( Penlalty loudness is good but he haven't got all the parameter of Streamliner ) , but reference with other artist his to loud . Me i put my limiter before at 12/14 Lufs and -1 db with true peak and for me is not bad for streaming . But now with this tool when i put a track on beatport or traxsource, junodownload it's -9 lufs with -0.2 true peak Quality CD . YeS it's a Good stuff bu ADPTR . Thanks for this vidéo .

Dither down? Don't you mean truncate? Dither is induced noise.
