Looks great Nate, the grey really works. Was it expensive? Can you post link to the Kriega kit you are thinking of? I was looking at making something to bolt on to the applier rack to take a Givi metal pannier
Thanks dude, yeah it does im really happy with it! about 200 quid a friend of a guy I work with did it. This is what im waiting for kriega.com/adventure/os-platform-16-20mm-tube-fit
Wow looks great, and sounds bad ass. What foot pegs do you have? My stock ones have rubber on the and it’s really annoying. Also do you still have the cat?
Yes mate! Looks mint. Need to meet up and get a ride in, would be perfect capturing both our Scrams side by side, being the different variations in 1200 models. Snappy snap & Braappy Braap time!
Your bike looks really amazing! I just picked up this bike about a month ago and want to add both sets of crash bars... I've ordered the lower casing bars from TRIUMPH and I'm curious if you had any install conflicts with the SW-MOTECH bars? Thanks! JM
@@KrisMOTO23 is it possible to do a similar crash bar + engine dresser bar for the Scrambler 900? Do you have a close up picture of the point where they meet?
Thanks mate!! DIY rattle can job! Im not sure didnt look that far into it, buy your possibly right. All I did was sand them, roughed them up abit. 4 coats of primer and 4 of paint. And they came out pretty nice.
Looks great 😎 What kind of Paint is that? Did you have a "RAL - Number? Is the lettering original? Where did you buy the exhaust and is the catalyst eliminated? I'll know, a lot of questions 😉 Thx for your video👍
Thanks man. Nah no RAL just sent the tank to the paint shop with a picture of the colour and I guess he just matched it and the letting is a triumph decal from a 2008 Khaki Speed Triple. They are homemade custom thing not something you can buy off the shelf easy to replicate though its essentually just pipe, its still got the CAT in I reckon it would be way to harsh on the ears decatted.
@@KrisMOTO23 Do you have a bigger now?... I'm assuming if you do you've turned it into a stunner! If I'd have known you were selling this I'd have bitten your hand off! 😂
Mate, how does the kreiga bag fit on the truimph pannier rack, was also thinking of extra fuel for my tours? Was thinking about getting an aftermarket exhaust but wondering if it will go through an Mot.
You will need the OS platform that bolts to the pannier frame. You can then add OS bags or the rotopax fuel/water carriers. There are some good videos on these systems. Just keep the standard exhaust and change before the MOT.
Mate this bike is insanely beautiful. Looks and sounds so dam cool man. A already near perfect bike very well specced. Congrats man. Enjoy ✌️
Thanks for the kind words sir. 🤙
Extremely beautiful

KrisMOTO23 Do you reckon that will fit the standard pannier frame from Triumph? I might follow your lead rather than mess about with Givi
looks brilliant. Short exhausts being delivered today for mine so will see what difference that makes to the mpg!
Thanks mate, which ones did you go for?
KrisMOTO23 got mine from Total Triumph in Taunton and they are like the ‘James Bond’ exhausts.
Ah right awesome theyll sound pretty amazing!
Love it!!! Very well done!
Looks great mate!
Thank you! Cheers mate!!
Schöner Auspuff, geniale Farbe: Sehr gut gemacht! Genau mein Geschmack.
Dankeschön!
Great video bike looks amazing stay safe looking forward to next one 🇬🇧👍🏻
Thanks 👍
Great sound, wonderful bike.
I love it
I like everything apart from the exhaust. I would have left it the standard colour, too. Where in North Yorkshire? I am from Skipton.
Wow looks great, and sounds bad ass. What foot pegs do you have? My stock ones have rubber on the and it’s really annoying. Also do you still have the cat?
Thanks dude!! they are the standard pegs with the rubbers removed!! yeah still have the cat, would be farrr to loud without it.
Best looking scrambler 1200 I've seen so far. Well done!
Thank you! 👍
@@KrisMOTO23 I keep coming back to this video for inspiration since I plan to my an XE myself :)
What tail tidy is that?
Thanks man!! It's one from a small company called iconic parts

Love the paint! Paint the fenders to match.
Yeah probably going to have that done, once the corona is gone...👍
Stunning! 🤙🏻
Cleanest 1200XE out there now.
Thanks dude! 👌
Looks great! How did you paint the Triumph crash bars? As far as I know they're made of forged aluminium, so I thought a special primer was required.

I like the tail tidy. Curious if you get spray on your back when the road is wet?
Yeah there is a bit of spray but there was spray from standard anyway so it's no worse really. A small hugger would eliminate it but they are ugly.

What did you do to make it run with the stand down? i recently purchased one of these and would like it to run while parked
Just make sure its on neutral?
@@KrisMOTO23 I thought mine shut off no matter what, I'll test it out.
check the switch on the sidestand
What are the nobbleys like on ` road in comparison (esp' front) for leaning confidently ⁉️
For the most part it perfect, its the back that tends to get a bit squirmy when you hit the edge of it. Front feels planted.
@@KrisMOTO23 -wowz❗!
Hello, the crash bar and the engine guard are a triumph genuine parts? Thank you
the lower engine bars are the genuine Triumph accessory bars and the upper engine bars are SW motech.
@@KrisMOTO23 both crash bars fit well? Or you have to make modification to anyone?
Nope both fit fine 👍
Holy Crap I Want it
What is that top crash bar??
They are from SW motech
What exhaust is that?
Hi, Brian it's one I made myself.
@@KrisMOTO23 okay...i’ll donsome measurement and i’ll pit on my bike too then hehehe
