Sir, does any mandate to take drip test sample from barge manifold... bcoz the bunker barge operator they produce one copy of sealed sample along with BDN for ship signature before the commencement of operations, we are always having issue in Fuj & khk

It's not a practise sir... You have to send sample for lab without bdn.. So that you can compare the lab report value with bdn
