I traveled to Iran and thought the people were so extremely hospitable. Then in the last few years, while studying in two different countries and traveling a lot, I kept meeting Iranians outside of Iran. And I realized that Iranians are not only incredibly hospitable in their own country, but also extremely nice and warm people in general. I love Iranians. You are such a social light Zoey, god bless you!

Iranian people have a proverb saying a guest is God's gift or friend. Iranians in general are hospitable , having said that I have to add that in recent years I have noticed that people are getting upset easily and are not so welcoming as before , due to harsh economic situation prevailing in Iran at the moment .

I've been studying Farsi for almost a year now. It's one of the most beautiful languages I've ever heard. I wish we Americans were more open to Iran and its people. The people and language of Iran are amazing.

I have never been to Iran but I so want to go, my parents nearly moved us there (me and my siblings) permanently!

I'm currently learning Chinese and Russian which are both fairly high on the difficulty scale but watching your videos have kept me going. It helps to get reminded that even though the process is tedious, it's all worth it because it opens doors to so many opportunities such as making friends and I love it! Thank you very much for what you do and hope you have a lovely rest of your stay in Tehran.
I am studying Russian and it is tough, specially the grammar. Can't imagine also learning Chinese.

How come you don't do a video with the Tajiks in China? they are also Iranians, and specifically Persian. I'm from Iran, and thank you for all you do, I truly I mean it. China has such rich, deep culture, I honestly don't think anywhere in the world can compare to the richness of ancient Chinese culture, so beautiful. I have a hankering for Persian food. Thankfully I will be in San Francisco soon. There is a very good Persian restaurant there. I do miss the chicken and rice from my Iranian friend’s grandmother. She was my middle school best friend.

I’m very impressed how well this lovely Chinese woman speaks Farsi and wonder how long she has lived in Iran? Here is a tip or my preference when making Salad Shirazi, don’t peel the cucumber skin if you want it to be more delicious and eat crunchy cucumbers.

I am an Arab, I know Arabic and English, but from the video clips, there are Arabic words in the Persian language and I understood them. This is wonderful. Also, Iran is our neighbor and Arabs love Persian carpets.

But in between, there are groups of Turks, Persians, and Arabs who have racist behavior. But the younger generation has a more peaceful view. I saw only good from Arabs and my grandmother was Arab.

Actually half of Turkish language is included *Persian* words . For example : pilav , kofte , pazar , hafta , her , Hava , hemsehri , hemsire , dadas , perde , pencere , and etc ...... are Persian words. also there are many Arabic words in Turkush. 😊 🙏🕊🌿🌻 God bless you .🤲🌲
@@daryakohan205 Not after Ataturk’s reform. He eradicated a majority of loan words from Arabic, Persian, and French as well as many other European languages.
