Thanks! I learned from the Q&A after (included in the Supreme Court's UA-cam recording after our oral argument) that the court draws to see who will write the opinion, and they draw prior to the oral argument. My team, my family, and I all think it is the same person based on the questioning, but we'll have to wait and see! Our guess is different than yours. I don't want to say now who I think it is but will certainly let everyone know if we were right when it comes out!
