I agree with the other comment about the horrible noise for people with fibromyalgia 🙉 As for the text, white on a yellow background! Seriously?! Who designed this and who signed off on it?! You seriously need someone who has the condition on your campaign/awareness team 🙄🤨
Okay, sorry but your noise you played at the beginning was horrible for some one with fibromyalgia and I had to laugh at the small print telling about eye problems. Couldn't read it. Please if you're serious, redo your presentation. Thank you.
I agree with them. I thought it was an article that could help me because I do have fibromyalgia but who can read it?! It's supposed to be about your eyes and it prints so small you can't even see it. Please redo your video so people can see it. Thank you
Wow i thought i was the only one with this eye problem 😢😢😢 of all the fibromyalgia videos I’ve watched this is the only one about this. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 i fng hate fibromyalgia 🤬🤬😒
Don't you just LOVE when the solution suggested is "remember to get plenty of sleep" ?!?! It's not like chronic fatigue and extremely bad sleep quality is one of the main symptoms of Fibromyalgia or anything...right?! 😂😂😂😂 laughable! My daughter has Fibromyalgia and when I asked the Neurologist if her condition could effect her vision he told me to take her to the eye doctor! I’m like you should be able to tell me how this condition does affect the entire body and what to expect and we’ve already been to many doctors for different things instead of one doctor helping us with this situation!
This might be useful for someone: I had to go through physical therapy for the eye muscles. Yes, this exists lol. This may solve one of the problems associated with blurred vision. However, unfortunately, one of the other issues is that the muscle that control the pupils may also become affected, so your pupils keep slightly opening and closing depending on the light condition without really stopping at a focus point. In my case, this makes it more difficult to read texts because it's like the letters are "dancing" a few mm sideways. I can still read just fine, but it can be a little annoying depending on the time and light situation. I know for sure that even with my eyes corrected (have myopia), my reading of traffic signs at a distance is not equal to "normal" folks. Be aware: Many ophthalmologists may dismiss this phenomenon as astigmatism until you press them further. I do have astigmatism but it's too little to justify the effects I feel (so was my ophthalmologists' conclusion, I have also had the astigmatism corrected with one of those astigmatism lenses and no difference). So, please, be aware! If your symptoms persist it might be this (pupil muscle, not the muscles that control eye movement)!! Also, until recently (2015,2016), there were no studies showing how fibro may be a degenerative disease. And the part of the body that it can actually "degenerate" is the eyes (blood flow problems, thinning of the optic nerve). Good to get info about anything but agree with the presentation difficulties. Especially the visual ones and yellow background with white writing makes the small lettering even more difficult to distinguish.
Sorry, I can’t possibly read that small white print on the yellow back ground. We’re talking about eye and vision problems here, and you can’t read the information 🤷🏼♀️

I have all you mentioned plus double epiretinal detachment and tons of dark floaters that make is difficult to see, especially when reading. Often the floaters hide entire words. I am sick to death of fibro/cfs. I know it won't kill me, but some days...
YES- the dark floaters that obstruct your vision to the point where you can't even read because whole words are missing! It's incredibly aggravating and it's so hard to explain to people what you mean or why I'm sitting at my desk at work with my hands over my eyes to try and rest them for a few minutes so the "dark" spots will go away. 😭😭😭
I had 20/25 vision before. I got fibro overnight due to a physical trauma that shocked my nervous system. I've been almost blind up close ever since. I can only see the outline of my hand. No details. After 11 years of readers I now have glasses with bifocals which are much better.
The mechanical problem described here is chemical in nature, most probably. Before you engage the services of an optician I would recommend a blood test, for a full work up The first thing you need to look for is the red blood cell count. If you have anemia your blood cannot deliver enough oxygen to work your eye muscles. If so you need Vitamin B12 immediately. It comes methylated or cyano- and I couldn't find the methyl so got the cyano- and it was a miracle, but then my health provider was happy to allow me to go blind and have my lower legs chopped off. You may have a problem with intrinsic factor which you need to absorb B12. It's connected to your internal Ph - how acid and alkaline you are. There are a ton of things you can do if you want to help your body chemistry. It's possible that you have undergone an event which has caused both an epi and exo genetic alteration and something which has removed or very significantly altered your fine tuning to the point where you are seriously ill Look at AMPHOTERIC POISONS.
