There are videos about this everywhere at them moment, and just want to keep you and your community safe.❤️
Hey Chloe! I love your videos but I just wanted to let you know that Established Titles is not a trustworthy company. When you buy from them, you are not actually buying the land and you do not actually get to use the title like they claim. I only found out about this through people discussing the issue on another youtuber’s video that was sponsored by them.

I've tried to warn her about sketchy sponsors she's worked with in the past and continued to work with them. I don't think she really pays attention to the comments that much.

Thank you so much Chloe for this video. My brother-in-law died last Thanksgiving, leaving a huge hole in all our family's lives. I purchased a lordship title in his name. Kenny loved nature and was an incredible kind and generous man. I know my sister will forever treasure this memorial to him.

We watched Moriah Elizabeth's Donut Queen video when it went live, and just saw Mira Byler's video on this set, too! It's great that these great UA-cam artists (and wonderful teachers) are all connecting! We agree, pastel tints are not nearly as simple as they seem, especially if you're creating a balanced palette. Each full-strength pigment has a different tint strength, and some can be overwhelmed by a small amount of white, while with others, it only takes a tiny amount to induce color change in a whole pile of white. Love the tube label designs too!

Chloe, I just learned Established Titles is a scam and sooo many of my favorite youtubers have fallen for the bait. Not only do you not actually own a plot of land under Scottish law (which can almost be forgiven as a gag gift), there’s no proof the company is donating to plant any trees. The company is based in Hong Kong and is associated with other scammy products. This is just now blowing up and I hope anyone who reads this thinks twice about purchasing from them.

Has anyone mentioned to Chloe the whole ordeal with Established Titles? She might want to make a statement..?
I saw a video go live the day my video went live. I havent watched it yet but I do take these videos with a grain of salt until I can look into it myself. From my own research there is in fact proof of them planting trees (which I saw before working with them)

^ this is directly from one of the organizations they donate to, they can't fudge/fake these numbers as they aren't on the Established Titles website.
I also read all of their FAQ'S, legal stuff, etc. beforehand.
Of course you dont actually "own" the land, it's like "naming a star", it's just a fun gift - that's the point (though one could definitely argue perhaps there is some misleading wording but i'd like to think most people do realize they aren't legally a Lord or Lady lol)
I will do further research but I definitely don't want a company/brand to have its reputation tarnished if there is some incorrect information/articles/videos going around. I'll watch the video that went live the day mine did and do some additional research too. This has happened before and it can harm businesses so I ALWAYS research before taking a random video at face value. If it is true I will of course cut ties, but for now I want to see for myself and hope that it isn't true.

please look into Established Titles, there’s quite a few videos on line talking about it being a scam. It’s really just a gag gift, you don’t actually own any land or get to use the title, you’re basically just paying for a piece of printed paper! I know of at least one big UA-camr who has stopped using them as a sponsor due to the latest info that’s been released about the company x

OMG Chloe, what are you saying? That thing is freaking adorable! I love it! It looks like you made chocolate mint icing and put it on a Challa bread tree. That pink cherry is 100% Moriah! Okay. So Moriah does amazingly fun cooking videos where she tries to reproduce some of her dessert squishies. I can only hope she sees this and does a spot for Christmas trying to construct this tree with a Christmas cake pan! It's SO cute! Well done!
