This guy like put my feeling into words, now I see what’s the problem, before I just felt that there is the problem. But at the end I am more frustrated than before, because I can not change it, not even in my company. So I will continue to look for the company with the same values as mine! Thanks Willard Kachere

Great decision @sunitadas3466. This is what I did. Found a partner company with the same values and I do not have any doubt ever since.

Change way we lead to lead for game we are in (infinte game)
    1. Just cause - Sacrifice our interests to advancce the cause
    2. Trust in teams - Create environment for people to work at their best
    3. Worthy rival - Easier to take energy and put against them instead of introspection on how to improve yourself
    4. Capacity for existential flexibility - Make profoundly different strategic shift becasue better way to advance our casue
    5. Courage to lead - Lead with long term mindset, lead in differnt way
Leadership for the infinite game (better for long term) and not for finite mindset (money, power, more than others),

The emotion @17:03 from one of the listeners is humorous. I love her stunning response to Simon's talk.

His teaching is so insightful and easy to understand. I love.it! I wish this was something I could have learned in my MBA study.

it's interesting to see people easily lost in the examples and losing track of the message Willard delivered

eam can be themselves, be their best makes a trusting team. Teams should be asked and provided whats needed rather than pointing them their mistakes and lackings and targets... like the while talk

12:53 I like later he updates the ending of that story in different talks. Not about the performance of the worker. Which is probably relevant to this stage. But to the experience the customer is going to have between Noah at four seasons and Noah at..

7:47 Simon, sweetheart, what does ‘existential flexibility’ mean? Being flexible with the definitions/operalisation of values? You smashed it, man. Well done. 👏

This is why I'm in favor of Democracy at Work. Gotta change the incentive structure of the system, not just rely on more competent individual managers.

Keď niečo chceš tak si za tým musíš ísť a neodbočiť. Ale zodpovedne a nie cez mŕtvoly na úkor niekoho iného aby si na niečo dôležité nezabudol. Aj na tých ktorí ti v tom pomohli.

In public speaking it’s not just about the message it’s about the audience. While it’s a good message it’s up to the speaker to craft it in a way that the audience can personally relate. They all laughed at the wife joke because that’s universal. If he used some Muslim examples i think it would have hit more. But still a great speech, I enjoyed it.
