Why don't the tanks appear in the customized museum?...I put my tiger in the museum, it ended up in the parking lot...I didn't understand that part

You have to move them to Custom Museum, Museum Area for example level 1 to a slot over there. Use Tank Manager in radial menu. On this video I'm showing how to do it :)
