You know how many of your recipes I've made for family and friends? They think I'm a great cook. I'm NOT! But I can follow your instructions and create an amazing meal. So thanks for that!
I've roasted red peppers and dressed them wth EVOO and garlic like my mother did but your bread crumb topping is making me salivate! I'll be doing that next time.
OMG, this looks amazing! On a sandwich with great bread …open faced and over easy egg on top or avocado, left over chicken parm (is there ever any left over parm?). In short, these peppers look seriously addictive. Making asap. …..and after just seeing 2 of your recipes I’m subbed. Cheers from Canada.
I have three I bought two days ago. I put on my stove on burner........ Tho a mess remains in stove top. These are great with eggs or on bagel with cream cheese or.........................
i don't get the gloves. just unecessary plastic waste & additional cost. TV chefs dot it, anyone mindlessly mimiks. washed your hands before cooking? good, problem solved. despite of that, nice and easy idea.

They can be a little messy over the stove. Sounds great as a bagel topping!
As he says in the recipe, it is easier to remove the skins! Enough said!
One question...why peel the peppers? I've prepped them the same way, without peeling, for pasta sauce and I love the results. Just wondering.

I use gloves for all meat touching!
