How did i become a 3rd party at the bank to a matured lawful money indemnity ? How do i demant that note ? Don't i have them fill out that 1099 0id ? And other forms ? As " a people " jurisdiction ? Transfer to private bank on what federally approved form and who got these skipping and estate credits ? On claiming his name and liquidating assets as the Executor ? International retirement entitlements are what ? How did i become a 3rd party ?

I wish I could just talk to you. My sister passed in 2020 with no will, her son predeceased her, brother died in 1997; 1/2 sister on mom's side; mom still living and had nothing to do with my sister and I. told me straight up that my sister was dead to her in life and will be dead to her in death. Fast forward, I was the court appointment administrator of her estate; dad died in 2021. Have over $80k in estate and now all of a sudden mom wants to exercise her usufruct right. I'm so ticked, as I want this thing to go away especially after I put in all the work to Bury my sister, clean and sell her house and belongings, pay her debits and everything else that goes with this. I know my sneaky mom will move all her assets out of her name just so when she dies, I cannot sue her estate to get the money back. Louisiana has to do better at some point.

If a spouse (wife) should pass away. Both parties are to inherit everything should the other spouse should pass first. My question is, the house is not paid for, and the wife's daughter is given usufruct of said property, can the surviving spouse sell their house without the okay or signature of the usefruct?

This might be the most egregious use of our court system. My stepfather hasn't lived on the property in over 3yrs. I've had to pay the land taxes, which is the least of the offfences. He was a hoarder. He completely destroyed the house to the point that the Parrish has condemned the property. Hence why he moved. There are no longer any utilities since they find it to be a hazard. He wants nothing further to do with it and signed a termination letter. I didn't ask for money for repairs either. Here's where it turns worse. My sister who has the adjoining property feels that since she has power of attorney on stepfather, not guardianship she filed suit against me in a attempt to make the court compell me to completely build a new house in which she said she would reside. She goes further and sent a letter to my attorney stating, "if I'd pay her 50,000 she'd drop the suit) ! Huh, sounds a little like extortion. Yet the court is willing to entertain this frivolous suit. They keep filing motion to continue after continue all in a attempt to get me to give her money. Help

What if the testator grants usufruct to his wife and does not want his children to inherit his estate? How is that written up? And, can the testator name individuals other than his children as inheritors.
